The bed
The tub held the water from shower.
There are some college kids staying there due to housing shortages on VSU campus so it can be noisy.

The staff was so friendly and welcoming! Check-in was quick as was check out. The staff were so kind that when you interacted with them, you couldn’t help but smile!
The hotel appears to be recently bought out. The hotel was dated with a good bit of wear and tear. Hopefully it’s in for some updating from the orange/yellow decor. The person yelling and knocking on doors at midnight was jarring as well. Not the hotel’s fault but I was a little scared for a hot minute!

It’s was a waste of time power out over night and didn’t get no compensation for the stay and was still charged full price and we slept in the car

The hotel was clean, comfortable, and close to I-95, which suited us very well.
They don’t have breakfast included in the cost, which I thought was included. However, it wasn’t and we paid for three people to eat at the premises and were disappointed of the selection for the price paid. Secondly, they charge you 50$ upon check in for incidentals but when you check out, they refund it sight unseen. So, what was the purpose but to annoy you on charging another fee.

Very old and unconfortable. Beds are small, pillows unconfortable, view is horrible (parking and electrical machines outside our window)

Hotel was close to a venue where we had tickets to see a show.
Shower had mold or mildew around sides on bottom and the floor felt like I could fall through at any moment. $180/night one would think it would be the sparkling clean. It was more of a $100/night room.

It was really quiet. You couldn't hear people in the hallways.
The neighborhood was terrible. Alot of suspisous activity going on. Not a family friendly neighborhood .

Convenient location
Room smelled damp, beds are super hard, they insisted I didn't have a reservation because they had my name backwards. Four guests but only allowed 2 breakfast coupons. Kids couldn't use pool because of the amount of chlorine.

I stopped late at this hotel expecting a restaurant and bar to be open around 9 PM. They were closed early on a Friday night.

Usually my stays are great! The location and price are immaculate.
The thermostat was apparently broken—it wasn’t even on the wall. I had a room unit and the temperature was horrible! The unit ran loud and was off and on through the night! I’ll never stay in that room again.
