Arriving and check-in went smoothly. The location was great for my needs. The location was quiet.
My room had a cigar/smoking smell for the duration of my stay. I believe my neighbor or someone was smoking as there were times that the odor increased and was more intense. I did report the problem and was offered to re-clean the room, however the room itself was clean, but the air was the issue. The smell was very obvious and my friends who also believed it was another guest most likely causing the issue.

The suite was clean. The living room area and the bed were very comfortable. I wish we had stayed there longer so we could have made full use of the kitchenette, which looked convenient.
The door of the shower stall swung outward on the opposite side of the hose: turning on the water to warm it first required getting wet. Then there was water dripping off the shower door onto the floor afterwards. Plus, the towel hook was on the wrong wall (behind the shower door when fully swung open) - had to completely step out of the shower to get to the towel. There was no fan in the bathroom.

Location was great, walkable. The beds were comfortable. The lady at the front desk was awesome! Breakfast was decent.
The refrigerator stuck at the bottom. The toilet would run on and off. Think the flapper might be messed up, like water would drain out of it then I have to refill after a while. And the dispensers in the shower for the shampoo conditioner and body wash we're mixed up. I wanted to use the conditioner and shampoo came out.

The bathroom was way too small, I couldn't open the bathroom and shower room doors at the same time.

The hospitality was wonderful. The rooms are spacious and well stocked.
The bathroom was tight. While making room for the kitchenette, the shower/toilet area was made to be a tight fit. I'm a slender built person, so I was able to navigate the space.

Location and the suite part of it.having a refrigerator was great & a comfy couch too
The staff wasn't friendly.staff lady interrupt ted the check in processes.they debted our checking acct for $100 before we ever checked in.then I paid with my debt card to get double charged.and they put a hold on the $100 till the 8 th according to the bank.the guest next door to us we're yelling & screaming till 2 am.they were a team from west conn.the dresser drawer wouldn't stay closed they had paper under the dresser on the corners of it to level it.but that didn't work the tub was so small when I stood in it to get a shower I thought I would fall in the tub it was dipped in the center.dont want a bathroom like that ever again

Man at front desk sounded annoyed with basic questions about my bill. No linens for the sofa bed. Body wash canister in shower did not work.

I like the hotel décor I love the room they're Romy shower had great pressure
The The checking in was a little bit difficult I really didn't like that before I check out time that I had a maid come in my room very disappointed with that For the amount of money I pay will not be coming back it did not reach the expectations. The bed this time time during my stay was uncomfortable.
