Beds are super comfy, easy access to the motorway, great shower and wifi
The housekeeping team missed cleaning a bunch of hairs that were stuck in the bath wall

The continental breakfast was very enjoyable and had a good variety of selections.

There should be towel racks and a fan in the bathroom. We were surprised not to see these items.
The room remained chilly, despite adjusting the thermostat.
The time on the clock in the room was about 15 minutes fast. It would be helpful to have the time reflect accurately or to be able to set it for the correct time. Neither was possible.
We had a difficult time getting to the hospital on Tuesday morning because of icy travel, particularly the steep descent from the hotel. What should have taken 10 minutes became a 30-minute drive. We will probably stay at a hotel closer to the hospital the next time since our next visit will be in winter.

It was a hassle from the start. They charged my card multiple times and put holds on without telling me. Then they said that there was damages in the room and when I asked for proof they gave me a refund. It was a sketchy set up. I’ll never stay again at a laquinta hotel.
