The hotel was very clean

When I booked my reservation, I asked if they had gluten-free options for breakfast, and the answer was yes. But when we went for breakfast, there was no gluten-free and the staff was really rude about it. I’m sure I’m not the only one that has gluten issues and they should be options available.

Very clean. Upgraded rooms. Nice clean pool. Easy access to highways.

They didn’t use real maple syrup for the waffles.

Mattress was a little caved in in middle.. kept on rolling in middle of the mattress Double beds aren't big enough. I thought we were getting queen size beds.

Our room was comfortable and clean. The parking was convenient. The breakfast was excellent. We appreciated the variety and the waffle station.

The room and amenities were quite good. Unfortunately, we left a phone charger plugged into the socket at the night table between the two beds and didn't realize until we got home. We called the next morning to see if it had been turned in to lost and found, but it had "disappeared." Not thrilled about the mysterious disappearance.

There was no milk alternative like almond or soy. I was very limited at breakfast. Also, would’ve liked a firmer pillow But clean and comfortable otherwise

Didn’t know about telling front desk about cleaning the room. Went three days with dirty towels Found candy under the bed from previous guests

Amazing staff with great interactions. Nice late breakfast options. Good location if you have a car and are going to be in the Niagara region - 15 minutes from both Niagara-on-the-Lake and the falls, plus all the wineries in the East. Would definitely stay here again - way better value than staying anywhere else in Niagara area, but in a spotless, comfy hotel with a super quiet surrounding.

Room was very nice and the staff was very nice and helpful.

The shampoo was already empty and when we requested extra pillows they never came.

The breakfast was great nice and easy, rooms were clean and staff were wonderful

I wish they had a hot tub something to enjoy in the evenings

absolutely loved the location and that is was pet friendly as we had to bring our 4 mth old pup and easy access to outside

I wished for a hot tub my daughter loved the pool but I prefer hot tub and pool area needs to be cleaned more there was hair all over deck and floating in pool

Room was nice. Staff was friendly. Lobby and breakfast area was stylish. Plenty of parking.

The walls were thin between walls. To leave the parking lot you couldn't turn left because of median which resulted in extra time when traveling to destinations. Standard room with 2 double beds was a bit small. Would not accommodate 4 adults luggage comfortably.
