Clean, updated, quiet, large room, kitchenette.

I liked the suite. The kitchen area was spacious.
They didn’t have a fan in the restroom. It wasn’t a huge issue, I bought a room deodorizer.

I liked the full size fridge with kitchenette. The shower was amazing. Plenty of towels

Close to 80, clean, nice size room and bathroom. very friendly and helpful staff.

How clean the room and hotel is. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Good location for sandill crane tours. We would definitely come back to this hotel.

Everything was great, they even had life jackets for kids in the swimming area. The only thing I didnt like was no breakfast was offered.

Customer orientation of staff. After a long day and late arrival and 3 ladies sitting at the desk (one was helping me, two were watching the one that was helping me)I asked them very polite and friendly if they could pls. oder me a pizza. Instead of just doing it, they first wanted to give me a list with telephone number and meant they couldn't order a pizza. I replied: Come on, please give me a break. One is working and one could easily call and order me one, since they exactly would know which one to take in the area (me being from abroad). They did eventually. My opinion: these things make a difference, customer service is more important than ever before in oder to have satisfied (or even better "delighted") customers. Next time, in particular if you have time and you are watching your colleague, just do it, since these things make a clear difference to the experience.

Loved our room. Very spacious, very warm and welcoming.
Our bathroom was a bit dirty. Layers of dust on the lights, there was so much black long hair all over the floor, especially behind the door where it was just piled up. And the vent did not work at all.

Had breakfast , cleaned room .had no towels coffee!!!

The bathroom and room were clean (except for filthy AC vents).
The room on the 4th floor was very very musty. The air vent ducts were covered in dried on dust. I opened the window; odor did not disappear. I had trouble breathing and coughed all night. Considered leaving immediately; wish I had.
