Sink stopper don't work

The staff didn't clean my room in the second day. I had to find someone to empty my trash and bring me clean towels the tile in the bathroom was broken and scratched my tie. It was loose and it war raised from the floor the toilet paper holder was hanging off of the wall.

The room was big, The breakfast was delicious and the front desk staff was polite

Clean rooms, soft beds, and pillow. Nice pool and staff very accommodating. Good breakfast.

Washing machines that are for the guest need to be cleaned, they smelled horrible.

We loved how accommodating and nice the staff were! Everything was clean, and wonderful! Would highly recommend this!

I honestly loved everything about our stay at this hotel!

Close parking (by room window) and the location was just what we wanted for our 6 year anniversary. Every event we had planned was in the area less than 2 mins away.

Being surprised with an “upgrade” which was accessible (outdated) We were told we “had to be”upgraded not sure why but the upgrade was not a nicer arrangement for a couple celebrating their anniversary. If our kids were around we could have used the separate livingroom area. However, it was not appropriate for the occasion. I was considering it only because I thought no other rooms were ready/available but that one also wasn’t ready to stay in. So it was confusing. We saw 2 other rooms and the last room was what we actually booked. And mistakes happened from that point on. Still a week later I am fighting for a duplicate hold that is on my charge from all this confusion of a duplicate room. The receptionist was very nice and kind, not rude at all. I’m guessing booking the unneeded rooms that are not really appealing first is something she was trained to do. In order to book the entire hotel. So now I’m waiting to see if the hold will fall off. She thought the transaction timed out and actually it charged my card. Now $400 has been removed from my available credit. A supervisor told me to call back if everything doesn’t fall off together. I did better since it was on my way home and stopped by there. The same supervisor now is saying talk to my bank. So I guess what was originally said was a way to brush me off.

The room was exactly what we needed, check in was easy, people were friendly.

The shuttle service to the airport was late. When the front desk called for them to come over to get us no one answered the phone. I walked over to Fairfield Inn and noticed the front desk employee sitting with AirPods in her ears! No wonder she couldn’t hear the phone! That made us 15-20min late getting to the airport for an international flight. I see that as unacceptable behavior on her part!

Breakfast was amazing. A lot to choose from whether hot or cold. Kitchen staff were friendly and helpful. The location of the hotel was close to highway and close to mall area which was key to choosing this location. Front desk staff were very friendly and helpful. Rooms were spacious and clean. For sure will be returning to this hotel in the near future.

The property was gorgeous and staff were inviting and friendly. The rooms were spacious and very clean.

The breakfast could be improved

Everything the Grandkids Loved the pool and breakfast area, we enjoyed our Stay.

The blinds, in which we could not lift them to see out no stick attached.

I liked the room because it had a real refrigerator and freezer and not a mini one. It was clean and kept my food very cold. The bed was very comfortable and microwave was very convenient. I enjoyed having the shuttle carry me to the mall. I just wished they had hours between 9:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. when it resumed. Two drivers were courteous when I used it.

The breakfast was average. It ended at 9:00 a.m. and if you came any time after 8:30 most of it was gone. And what was left wasn't appealing. The scenery was not pleasing. I was looking down on the utilities operation. One other shuttle driver was lazy. He did not get out to open and shut the doors like the other two drivers.

The hospitality,cleanliness,comfort and the service was excellent!

-no pool -charged me when i checked in because the one who works at the desk said that they didn’t receive any payment from booking.com but when I contacted booking.com customer service they said that the hotel already charged the virtual card. the front desk staff said that in order for me to check in, they need to charge my card. the stay was non refundable at booking.com so i had no choice but to use my card just to check in. they eventually refunded the charge on my card. it was just a hassle on my side since i have a moody toddler that keeps on crying the whole time instead of a smooth transaction, i have to deal with unnecessary things which never happened to me with other hotels i booked from booking.com.

Convenient, clean, cheerful, comfortable, kinda quiet, easy access to shopping, cool place to just chill!
