The place is cheap and easy if you need somewhere to stay on the fly.
The room was dirty, the bedspreads were stained, there was garbage on the floor, it was pretty gross. The doors from outside to inside didn’t latch so you didn’t even need your card to get in which means no safety. And there were a bunch of people chain smoking RIGHT outside the side entrance doors with the doors propped open so smoke was billowing inside.

Not much: noisy AC in room, none in lobby. Staff didn’t answer phone when I called the desk to report non working TV .
Bathroom door was punched in. When I went to the lobby to complain they gave us $10 off but couldn’t fix i the TV until the next day. Staff didn’t know of any nearby restaurants ( turns out there were several ).
Breakfast was only until 9 am and most was gone by 8:30..terrible coffee, no butter or jelly, cold biscuits and unrecognizable hot cereal.
I h ad tried to cancel a room with them when our plane to the location was cancelled at 2 am but we had to pay for it anyway . On the return trip we stayed there but they only gave us a minimal discount. I would never had stayed there if I knew it was such a crummy facility but only stayed there to try to recoup some of our lost $$ for the room they did not cancel.
See above..lots! By the way, these dates shown above (5/30-31) are for the night we did NOT stay there . As noted above, they would not cancel the room when I called to explain that our flight had stranded us in Dallas and we never got to Colorado Springs. This review is for when we stayed there on our return trip on June 12 as we were hoping to recoup some of the cost of the room we had to pay for on May 31 but, as indicated above, they only gave us a minimal discount (about 10%I believe). They said since we used Booking.com we could not cancel for any reason. Very frustrating.

Didn't eat breakfast
Security was terrible, outside door had tape over it. A rough crowd registered there. More cleanup on the grounds.Not enough towels, the one I got was old with major holes. Frig was a block of ice. Abandoned car with 2 flat tires at the back. Abandoned camper on premises. Washer & dryer in totally separate bldg. Could smell pot smoke in hall.

The hotel was nice, clean and was In a good location.
The Asian men who ran the place were condescending and were constantly looking over our shoulder like we were going to steal or break something.. then when we left said the room smelled bad.. funny thing is it wasn't even all that nice.. the sink drain was plugged and the floor was separated and had paint on the bedside table top..

The rooms were clean and the beds were ok..the staff always had a condescending attitude.. and were very overbaring.. felt like they were discriminating and looking for a reason to not let me stay there.. I guess I should not of..
The attitude of the staff .. I felt like they were looking for a reason to be mad at me. The two Asian males who worked there were like as if I weren't acceptable to rent to.. granted I am not rich if I were I would of stayed at a nicer place..

When I first arrived it was less busy
It became very busy after I arrived. Heayy foot traffic. Toilet stopped working the second day. Switched to another room, but the bathroom in the second room is covered in black mold (all over the walls).

We didn’t like anything
It was filthy and disgusting … the sheets and towels looked dirty. Water was running outside of the toilet . The floor was filthy. The bed sheets were gross and there was dirt and dust everywhere on the floor

Very friendly and helpful desk attendants. Enjoyed the free breakfast. Easy access to Colorado Springs Airport. Overall a great experience. Clean bedrooms, good location, loved the free coffee in the lobby!!!

The beds were extra comfy the sheets and covers were so nice and warm and comfortable. I did not like how the bath tub kept leaking or that there were holes in the walls

The service is really wonderful and appreciated.
Stains in carpet and on the walls. In some of the rooms the shower heads could have been 10 times better.

The staff are great, super friendly and helpful and the rooms are clean and large.
The location is near the airport but a little far from everything else if you want to sightsee. There were a few rough people staying here and definitely a strong cannabis smell a lot but it didn't bother us. We still felt safe. Also the gym that's advertised is closed indefinitely which is frustrating as the pictures show it as open.

I love the ease of checking in and the friendliness at the front desk. I was pleasantly surprised it how clean and nice the rooms really warm

There was mold in the a/c I found red stains on the wall that looked similar to blood. The hallways in the hotel reeked of marijuana and the room when you walked in smelled of mold. The photos and other reviews online are deceiving. I contacted booking.com and the property about receiving a refund since it was just plain gross and seemed like a health risk. Booking.com basically to handle it in my own because they can’t do anything and I didn’t receive a response from the hotel. We didn’t stay the 3 nights we booked, I was there long enough to get our suitcases in and out of the hotel room and then check out within the same hour we checked In. we stayed at a different hotel for the rest of our trip. I don’t recommend this hotel at all if you’re looking for something comfortable and even remotely clean.

Good shower pressure and hot water. The price. Clean. Lots of new towels.
Was old and rundown, could do with an update. Microwave stopped working due to overheating (placement of microwave in an enclosed unit meant no ventilation space). Carpet and linen were stained (but clean). Dubious apartments and cars next door.

Found a bra behind the computer desk probably from the last guest. Front desk working during my check-in took 20 minutes to greet me

Excellent for the price. Clean! Staff was always willing and available to help. (I needed to extend twice, and also needed help carrying stuff.) Breakfast was better than most, with a very nice gentleman keeping everything stocked. Amenities were great considering the price of the room. Rates are affordable, and location was perfect. ***(One correction to review info-- I stayed 5 nights, not 1)
Room key needed to constantly be re-keyed (staff said the machine is old).

Dilapidated furniture, lumpy pillows inadequate ac, water stains on the ceiling. The strong smell of chlorine I thought had an indoor pool.

Sheets didn't look clean, room was noisy, and lots of sketchy guests in and out of rooms and around the building.

Staff upon arrival was amazing. I think his name is John or Johnny. Not sure. Hair slicked back. He is a great employee.

I liked that it had a full kitchen. It was like a one bedroom apartment for the night.
It needs a thorough cleaning. U can tell that it wasn't properly cleaned for a while. The TV was impossible to watch because the remotes didn't work, for either the one in the living room or the bedroom.

The price and advertising g appeared reasonable.
The bed was comfortable. Water in shower was hot.
Very small bathroom but functional.
The room was dark, minimal room lighting. The carpeting was on the dark side and kept the socks on since I was unsure.

Location and price was cheapest in the area
No elevator, no fitness room when there was a sign showing one, no variety in breakfast, sheets were stained, shower was creaky when moving around in it, had to kick the door open because it wouldn't open with a normal push. Smelled of smoke and the electrical plugs were a mess and everything plugged messily into one power strip dangling from wall.

Nothing, i walked in did an inspection and left.
Room smelled like cigarettes and urine. Bed had blood spots from bed bugs. Carpet in closet had a huge wet stain.

Location was easy to walk to gas station and ice cream and good. Beds were very comfortable and bedding was clean.
There was a rather large gap at our front door. A while in the bathroom door. There was food crumbs behind the nightstands. There was also a “peppery” smell.
