Made reservations for a king size handicap room. Didn't get it Kept 50 of 100 dollars for a small mascara smudge.

my headboard literally shared a wall with the ice machine. too noisy

Front desk manager. Very very rude. Ridiculous rude.

My electricity was not working when I went into my room. The air was working but not the lights. I called the desk attendant and she immediately came up to my room to check it out. Puzzled, she said she would call her manager and see what the problem could be. Shortly afterwards, the lights came on! She came back to check on it. She was extremely busy but did not hesitate to come check on this. I appreciate her efforts and kindness! The breakfast was also very good and hot.

Accused of smoking in the room when asked.to.put down a 100.for incidentals.cash it was tried to be taken from me after checking out and money was given to me tries to charge my card and threatened me to bring money back

Bed bugs and was told I couldn't get A refund ,so they gave me another room

the rooms look exactly like the photos and the property is the same. the staff was so friendly and they were very helpful. I can honestly say I would stay at this location again.

the bathroom doors are pocket doors so that was a little strange but not bad.

This hotel was in a good area, there were a lot of choices for shopping and eating.

The room had an odor of smoking even though it was a non-smoking place. The covers on the bed were torn and the pillows were dirty. Not enough options for the breakfast offered.
