Easy to find. Our room was very nice.

I felt that the motel lobby areas could be spruced up and that it didn’t smell of cigarette smoke.

Great room, full kitchen provided in room. Staff was wonderful. Very clean rooms. Lots of desk space and a very nice bathroom.

I highly recommend.

The staff was very nice and helpful.

There was a bug crawling up my wall and another in the bathroom sink.

Was upset at first did not get two beds but went and talked to front desk and they were really nice and made it right they were completely books and had a lot going on but still got it done great service

The ice box smelled of old bologna.. Under kitchen sink dirty with cob webs even.extra paper towel roll was just sitting on the floor under sink as with dish soap dish washer soap.. Bathroom towels had stains..dirty dishes in dishwasher..freezer had an odor to idk?? What ordor?? Cob webs and dirt behind night tables and everything that had a back to it. It so dont count if you just kinda wipe what people see not what they touch and use..as a extended stay hotel wonderful access to everything,but you can tell the receptionist plays likey with certain workers 😉 and such Was ignore 3 times from the time I arrived until way past 10am next morning..thankfully my Dad was there to fix the problem in the room..then wanted to apologize..no not cool..I watched you help others that whole time..while I waited nicely and patiently for help..it's part of what we pay for as customers..I'd just rearrange your management and watch your employees with customers better No real customer service even to the ones that weren't being ignored.. Sub par Oh yeah I knew it wasn't a free breakfast I was trying to ask is there a spot in the hotel to get coffee and vending machines?? You managed to answer said males with courtesy..

Sorry I had nothing good to say..except for your prices..maybe if people get real honest about their experiences then things change..that's a lot of money even at a good deal..to deal with what we dealt with

Very nice clean hotel. Very large room. My room had the kitchen which was really nice that came with nice dishes and cooking tools. They even provided a basket that we could use to carry clothes down to laundry room. Love the feather down pillows.

Did not like that had to take towels and wash cloths down to front desk if wanted new ones. They tan put of wash cloths so I just had to wait for them to wash the ones I was turning in. They did not know the TV box was missing I had to report that the TV was not missing. This should have been known before my arrival but they did take care of it quickly. The room always smelled stuffy like a nursing home everytime we walked in. They may want to invest in deodorizer for rooms.

The staff is excellent! Very safe environment where they look out for their customers. I would especially like to thank Kara & Taylor for all that they helped with, they are wonderful!

The room was very clean, the beds were comfortable, and the air conditioning was fantastic for such a hot day!

The tv did not work well, there was no breakfast.

Great and quiet location - super close to shopping and food. The building looked well maintained and kept up. Super friendly front desk staff. I thought the bed was comfy, but my husband did not. (personal preference) I LOVE that they had a hand soap pump instead of bar soap. I have been waiting for ALL hotels to adopt this practice for years and years!

The bathroom was a little dirty. There was some trash on the floor when we got to our room. The shower needs an upgrade!

They were overbooked and sent us to a different hotel. We received a lesser room (king studio suite) and was still charged the rate for the king one bedroom suite.
