The hotel and the rooms were really nice. The view from the room and the balcony facing the ocean was absolutely great. The location is still badly affected. It must have been great there post Hurricane Ian, but now...

The hotel is in good condition, but you can still see the imact from the 15ft water swell from Hurricane Ian in 2022. The surrounding buildings, shops, restaurants are all destryoed with a very few excemptions. There's a nice Pizza place close by that is nice and a Mexican restaurant. That's it. All other building are either gone, destroyed, ruins everywhere or under construction. I was honestly speaking shocked. I thought the State of Florida would help this vacation hot spot to rebuild instantly. Nope, looks like a scene from a war zone even one year later. Driving along the coastline towards Marco Island you are passing one building after the other that is affected by the aftermaths of the Hurricane. And the ocean was murky. No clear water. I was very disappointed.

Annie was such a pleasant happy lady, made our checkin process smooth & gave restaurant recommendations.

No running hot water, neither the shower or faucets and large roaches.

the property was super clean. My room had every thing I need it including washer and dryer. the kitchen was well equipped. Quiet at night.

being able to see my hometown after a devastating hurricane, and to be able to open  eight months and to be operational. It’s just amazing and the location is great once everything is restored..

They were heavily affected by Hurricane Ian. Therefore the Elevator was Not working due to high mainentance demand in the whole area, but we will definetly come back... Edison Beach House is a beautiful place and the Outlook from the balcony is unique....and the service was 10+...

Location is very convenient, just steps away form the beach, apartments are spacious, clean, fully equipped, nice view, comfortable beds and bathrooms. Free parking. Will be back!

The area is still recovering from hurricane Ian so the elevator was not working and we were on the 5th floor. Not their fault but inconvenient. They are repairing the elevator and will be back in service by the end of march. No wifi in the hotel or apartment and the pool is also closed. Something they are also working on. Not a big deal because we had an amazing beach almost inside the hotel 😂

Pay attention, if you evaluate to book here. The hotel is still fully damaged from the Hurricane in September 2022 and it will takes minimum another 2 years to be back at a normal condition. In February 2023 it was life-threatening (e.g. to reach the lobby we must accross mountains of old parts of the wall, the balkon was not stable, from the walls the plaster fell off, windows are with large openings, elevator not working, pool full damaged). The hotel describe nothing of this, also no information or warning after the booking and confirmation. We cancel our booking after we see this in real, but the hotel dont accept the cancellation, they say that the hotel is open and is our choise to use it or not. They don't give the money back.

beautiful views and location. Wonderful staff and security guard at night. Room is spacious and clean and has everything you need for extended stay. ocean views are incredible with quick access to the beach.
