the location was easy to get to from the main road. close to the woodlands mall and restaurants. the outside grounds of the hotel were perfect for traveling with pets. the room was big and open, comfy bed. kitchen area is nice for longer stays.

I like the convivence to shopping, dining, etc. The hotel and rooms were very clean.
I was on the first floor and whoever was in the room above me was loud. Breakfast was not that good.

I had never stayed at a Home2Suites before. I will seek them out in the future, hoping they’re all as nice as this one was. Just a perfectly good place to stay. Thanks!
My upstairs neighbors were quite loud at bedtime. It was a bit of a problem for a while, but it wasn’t the hotel’s fault, so not gonna complain about that. But, that was the only flaw. Otherwise, it was really perfect.

It was pet friendly.
The bed covers weren’t wide enough to cover us both.

The breakfast ended at 9 and there weren’t GF and DF options.

We had an issue with the box springs on one of our beds. It was horribly squeaky and we actually had to remove it from the bed to get any sleep. I had requested maintenance look at it and was assured by the front desk staff it would be looked at but no one ever came. Very disappointed with the poor follow through and lack of concern for our comfort, given the price of the stay.

I like that the hotel was clean, it offered all the amenities on the inside that I needed, and the bed was so comfortable. I hate that I did not wake up in time to enjoy the free breakfast. I will be back.

The only issue was the bath tub when showering the water took a long time to drain. It was kind of gross other than that everything was perfect.

the room was amazing! very comfortable! I’ve never had such a good sleep. it’s clean and complete. fridge was big and has a freezer. they have free ice also. the breakfast was soooo good!

The location was perfect. Minutes from everywhere we needed to be and completely safe location.
The breakfast was not great. The eggs were always dry and the waffle line was always long.
