Walking distance of everything in South Haven

Great location, love the shops nearby, love watching the boats go by, very quiet even though there were restaurants right below our balcony.
We had no filters for coffee pot so could not have coffee. Mattress was too soft for my taste but husband liked it. There were no usb outlets so we couldn’t charge our phones. Didn’t bring plugs for wall. Been to many hotels in recent years and every one had usb outlets so didn’t think it was necessary to bring a plug.

Very quaint, staff and rooms are nice. Off season it’s quiet.
Mattress and pillows uncomfortable, we are very stiff after our weekend stay.

Needs some major updating. Would not stay here again. Things appeared dirty due to age and overall wear and tear.

The room was spacious and clean
The view is of a small marina and what looked like a facility where they repaired boats. It was definitely not a lakeview. They have no parking available for their guests.

No breakfast was served. Concierge did say there was voucher for food but they never told me how or how to redeem it.

Great location, short walk to restaurants and the pier! I had a great stay, I understand it is the off season but it was still great to be in South Haven for a couple days. Highly recommend Old Harbor Inn!

Staff was friendly, rooms were clean, location was excellent to water, shopping, and dining.
Although there is public parking there is no private hotel parking. There is no pool and also no breakfast served but there is a Bigby Coffee next door.

Very charming and our room was on the water. Room was well appointed with comfortable bed.
The front desk wasn’t very welcoming and they weren’t there very long, someone should always be available for guest, had to let ourselves in and out after 7 pm.

the room was not as described in booking.com. I feel I was misled in that aspect. so therefore it was not the value I expected.

Oops we didn’t know they served breakfast so we didn’t have any. Upon checking in, staff did not inform us that breakfast was included nor was it listed in my email confirmation. Bummer!

The location was perfect. Walking distance to everything in the town. Very friendly staff.
Room I stayed in had a very musty smell. We were there for 2 days and it eventually faded a bit. It was unpleasant. Hallway to the room also had a funky smell. Some of the paint was chipped in the room. Could have been fixed.

There was no breakfast. Location was ideal - within walking distance to everything. There was some trash left in the room and on the balcony. Lovely accommodation otherwise. Typical price for weekend near the beach.
