I like that the property was around nice shopping malls and restaurants nearby. Right on the same street for all the places we needed to go.
The smell of pets in the hallways can be improved. It wasn’t a decent scent to smell when entering the hotel. Other than that it’s all great

The spacious rooms and clean environment
The front desk people seemed rushed and were unfriendly. We also didn’t like the breakfast selection. The eggs and sausage Patties were soggy and watery.

The room was very comfortable.
The employee that was working when I checked in was not to happy. I ask 2 question and her answer was blunt. So I didn't bother to ask anything else.

The front desk staff were horrible. I left my thermos at the front desk at check in and when I went back the next morning to look for it, they had it, but claimed it was another guest’s and refused to give it to me for over half an hour while we waited to check out. I even showed them pictures of me with the thermos and asked them to check the security cameras.

The parking lot was small wish it was. A little bigger and more room to park .

As a former executive head housekeeper, the cleanliness of the room we stayed in was excellent. As habit I always inspect the room upon entry.
Customer service. I'm sure they are busy to their duties but they are not visible

I met Pam who did the breakfast, and she was so nice. She did a great job.
I didn't know I can earn points when I use an outside service to book my room, That is disappointing

We had a lot of family in town for a funeral. As a result, we spent a lot of time in the common area where breakfast is usually served. Pam was always so nice and welcoming to us and never made us feel as if we had overstayed our welcome - even outside of the normal breakfast hours she still remained hospitable and offered us snacks and drinks.
Also, Cody at the front desk was very helpful as one member of our party left a cell phone in his room. Cody secured the phone and made attempts via email and phone calls to ensure that the phone returned to us.
Nothing - everything was clean and comfortable and staff was friendly and accommodating at all times.

Great service and cleanliness. I would definitely stay here again. No major issues during my stay.
I would have preferred a better breakfast. Breakfast biscuits in a bag was ok but even just eggs and bacon/sausage would have been better. I've never liked the low flow shower heads, 2.5 gpm head is the best.

Clean facilities. Staff were all nice and friendly. Clean room. Staff took care of any requests
I know these are cost saver issues. We stayed there 9 days. The toilet paper should be upgraded from course feeling 🙃. Also the days when the breakfast were cooked with eggs, bacon , and sausage were ok. . The packaged breakfast sandwiches were not good. Did not eat the packaged sandwiches.

We slept in both mornings so we didn't take advantage of the breakfast. But I am sure it was lovely. We had coffee there this morning before we left which was very good.
I have absolutely no complaints.
