They had cookies and coffee available for us when we got in late. The staff made us feel welcome as soon as we got there.

We could easily hear the people next to us.

Breakfast was excellent. Many selections. Staff extremely helpful. Best part was they did not use plugins or highly scented perfumed sprays. Very allergy friendly room.
Bathtub did not drain well. I forgot to mention it to the staff.

check in lady, forget her name, but she was great!! we had issue with noise from family next door and she willing moved us down the hall.

The hotel was clean and the staff was very friendly.
We could hear people talking in the room beside us.

Staff was amazing, went out of their way to make stay amazing. Had to leave pretty early and staff made breakfast for us so that we had something. Awesome!
Room was expensive

Staff was terrible and rude. A $100 shirt was left in the room by accident and they claim it was not because they wanted to keep it for themselves. Staff would get on to us for talking in the halls on our way to our room because apparently talking in a normal voice wakes people up.
