Very clean and spacious rooms.

The check ot time is 11am strictly enforced but check in is at 4pm. So I think check out should be 12Noon.

Proximity to boardwalk and beach. Room was clean.

Hotel bar closes at 10 during peak season, would have been nice to be open later. Room pull out sofa not comfortable to sit on at all.

Great room. Great location. Inn was very clean. Nice staff.

Services, staff, comfortable and clean. I liked thaf I was near the boardwalk and near restaurants.

There isn't much happening other than the wine and cheese social.

Loved the wine and cheese, the breakfast, the cookies. Loved our room and the view. Liked the gym. Everyone was so nice.

Wish the steps at Avenue II had edges marked. On the way from the second floor to the first floor on the street side, the steps and floor are all grey and blend in. And the lighting could be better after dark. My husband miss judged that and missed the bottom step and fell. No injury, but it was scary.

I found the front desk to be a bit rude at check in. we were there for the polar bear plunge charity event, and late check out is available upon request which I did request. But they never added it to my stay even after the comments of ‘well the plunge is at 1, it takes 2.5 seconds and so yeah late check out is at 2….’ and the other front desk lady responded with ‘yeah we try to keep that under wraps.’ and then still didn’t add it to my stay. so to my surprise, my card stopped working and I went to the front desk, where two different employees were there and were confused bc I wasn’t put in as a late check in. my room had another guest lined up and they were frantic to get me a key so I could get my stuff. very frustrating that even after the attitude I got when checking in, they didn’t even accommodate the request.

The lobby and common areas had a potpourri scent and while it smelled nice, it triggered headaches for my husband.

We were using rewards $$ for a quick get away and had very little expectation for the property. We are adventurous. What a great surprise! It was a warm, inviting hotel with a family feel. Luxury and relaxation combined.

Our view was the top of another building. But honestly it was not a deterrent. We will stay there again!
