the carpet was very dirty from the front door all thru out the hotel and it was actually sticky in room

Very nice hotel located in a good area. Staff was friendly and helpful. Better than average breakfast. Lots of restraints in the area. Also a large shopping mall area.

Room had a stale smell. Open the windows for a little while took care of it.

The property is in very poor condition. Our smelled like mildew and the water smelled like sewage.

the water was brown. the room didn’t get cleaned after requesting it no bottled water for purchase in the lobby

we stayed for a night while on our way to another state. The room was comfortable. The breakfast was good with choices of waffles, eggs and sausage. We found that breakfast ends by 9:30 am and the staff was filling up the eggs at this time. This is quite unlikely of other places were they rush to close the breakfast. The staff were friendly and highly recommended when traveling with kids.

pool area in poor shape. Umbrellas were broken. No place to sit in shade due to broken umbrellas

It is in a very convenient location.

There was dog urine on some of the baseboards. The exhaust fan in the bathroom and the kitchen table light fixtures were covered in dust. There was some sort of small bugs in the sheets. There had been something spilled in the refrigerator and it had halfway only been cleaned.

The staff was friendly and the room was very nice and clean. The location was excellent with everything in the area to eat or go shopping.

There wasn't anything I didn't like.
