It was a great location to the athletic center/gym. My son plays on the Swarthmore basketball team. The basketball team had a game. The basketball team banquet was at the Swarthmore Inn, so that was great location for my family and me. We also ate all our meals at the Inn. It was a great experience.

The hotel was bright and clean and the staff very helpful and friendly.
Our room, while clean and comfortable, was right in front of the ice machine (which is quite loud). I suppose not much can be done about that. The beds were a bit on the soft side, but still comfortable. The room was a bit dark.

The convenience of being on-site for an event.
My room key was given to a stranger who came into my room and took a nap in one of the beds when I was out. This person made herself at home, drinking from cups in the room, using the bathroom, etc. All of my belongings were in the room at the time. When I returned back to my room the person was not in it, but I could see that someone had been in my room. I notified staff who got her out of my room, but I was not compensated nor given a new room. I felt that I should have been reimbursed the cost of the room. They said they couldn't do that because it was a Booking.com room. So going through Booking.com was not an asset for me.

We had a very nice stay for our anniversary. The meal at Broad Table Tavern exceeded our expectations, which was a key to feeling good about our stay at the Inn. The breakfast offering was just so-so. The coffee in the room was very good. The room was too cold at the start and it took us awhile to get it adjusted to a comfortable level. The décor is spartan and could use some wall art or other decorations. The staff were pleasant and welcoming.

Lovely hotel, well located with plenty of parking, clean and comfortable.
Very expensive, not even a continental breakfast which - given the price of the room - would have been nice.

Very convenient to walk to the field for my daughter's camp. Very clean and comfortable.

Room was fine, but kind of spartan. It would be nice to have *two* armchairs and maybe a small table in a king room. We brought dinner in and one of us ate at the desk with back to the other one, who balanced dinner on his lap in the armchair. A bottle opener/corkscrew also would have been appreciated.
See above. Also, all the pillows were too big! We requested softer ones, but even those were too big for a stomach sleeper.
