It was very close to the Xcel Energy Center & restaurants!

The staff was amazing. Made me feel safe and important. Even with all the business men there. We still felt important.
Nothing the hotel can change. The beggers outside were upsetting.

We stayed overnight locally after our daughter had foot surgery before driving home. The entry was on a busy street and the curb was NOT handicapped accessible. Only had valet parking which was expensive.

Modern hotel with a great location and hot continental breakfast.
Parking is valet only ($35) and my room was not clean. There was staining on the wall behind the sofa, hair in the shower, and a piece of a blue glove on the bedroom floor. I notified the property and they offered me another room. I requested this room ahead of time so someone came to clean my room instead. The staff was friendly and resolved the issue. But a dirty room upon arrival is gross regardless.

The room was comfy and well maintained with an excellent view of the river valley. Staff were super friendly especially to my five year old kid.
The breakfast was only ok but it’s hard to complain too much about a free breakfast. The shower head was also only ok. It got the job done.

The lobby was clean we were greeted by the people at the front desk very helpful and nice security was there at night which was needed in that area.

Exceptionally beautiful hotel with amazing staff
Beautiful hotel in a historic part of town near many amazing restaurants and bars.
However, this part of town draws a few vagrants to the area.

Things closed early on the 4th of July so was hard to find a place to eat supper that night otherwise it was a very nice stay

Great location once you get settled in, the breakfast was good and the rooms were very clean and comfortable. Was easy to check in and out.
Parking, they shouldn't advertise parking because they only offer valet and it's expensive. Huge pet peeve of mine with all hotels in this area. If driving yourself the best option is across the street at a competing hotel.

We came down for a concert at the Xcel. This hotel was awesome in every way. Clean, great customer service, very close to the Xcel so we could just walk there. The valet service was awesome. Everything went so smooth. I will definitely be back!

Close to the Xcel where we were visiting.
That booking.com booked us a 2-two queen, sofa sleeper room and we didn’t get that. We were only given two queen beds and had to put extra people in beds and sleep uncomfortably due to this.
