The fact that the handicap room i booked online wasn't the room I was given upon arrival of the hotel and they wouldn't allow me to pay cash even though they had my card on file. After researching other handicap eccessable hotels the size, handicap bathroom and set up of the room was the reason I was willing to pay extra for that specific room at that specific hotel. So after asking questions about this different room I was assured that the wheelchair would fit in the restroom. Because we were tired and medical reasons we were willing to skip a shower for that day. Well the wheelchair did not fit and caused the person to urinate on themselves. So I asked if they would be able to do some kind of reimbursement and was told I had to talk to who I booked with because they don't do refunds and wouldn't be compensated in any way. Very disappointing and also embarrassing and degrading for my family member.

Beds were comfortable, bathroom was big.

The couch is the room was FILTHY and torn up. I have never seen the likes. It was horrific. Walls beat up. Curtains very dirty. Smelled like weed.

Bed was very comfortable. Nice shower. Spacious. Great jacuzzi.

Refrigerator opened wrong way. Only one drinking glass. Chase lounge stained.

couch in room had stains, carpet stains. kitchen supplies short. There was someone in the room next to us that played music all night long until 5:00 am.

The place is run down quite a bit. The bed was broken The hot tubs in the pool area were cold tubs

I had a family member hospitalized at Essentia Hospital with Covid. Kelia at the front desk was AMAZING and worked her magic and gave me a fantastic medical rates which was greatly appreciated!!!!! The bed was super comfortable and the location in proximity to the hospital was ideal!!!!
