Convenient in location

At check in was charged for small, hypoallergenic dog. There was nothing online that indicated there would be a charge. In fact I searched for pet friendly and this hotel came up. I was charged an exorbitant amount for my pet. I could have stayed in one of the nicest hotels in OKC for the same amount of money.

Fairly quiet, decent breakfast

No maid service, nowhere to put trash. I ended up taking it to the stairwell--and it stayed there the entire week.

We did not eat breakfast at the hotel. Too many carbs and sugar.

The location was 20 minutes from anything and everything that we needed or wanted to do

When we travel we always use homes 2 suites even if it's out of or way but we will not be using the quail springs location ever again the guy that was running the front desk was not very friendly and was very annoying (he'd follow us around the lobby but wouldn't say anything to us and had an attitude) our room was dirty as soon as we moved the ottoman to pull out the couch bed there was cheese itz crunched up under it (we didn't even bring cheese itz) the bed was poorly made which only made us wonder if the bedding had even been cleaned, the floor was sticky and the blinds were tore up

After 15 hours of driving, we were greeted with an hour run-around with the front desk. Their chip reader was not working (we tried 4 different cards) & they would not check us in. Finally a supervisor was called after numerous requests by us.

Clean, friendly staff, good location

Indoor pool was kinda small and was closed during majority of our stay

The property was bright and clean and very comfortable, we walked to dinner.

Staff was extra friendly and it was clean and quiet.

The swimming pool wasn't working the whole time we were there.
