The breakfast had all the basics to get you going . The staff very attentive and provided assistance very pleasant. It was great to see the lobby provided space for meetups, games and a fire pit outside was an excellent feature. I don't enjoy staying in the rooms unless for sleeping, having a patio like setup was great for me to sit and enjoy the weather.

I called ahead was told pool was open I get to property the person working at checkin was rude. I then find out pool not open and they would not try to work with me to resolve the issue. I would never spend that much on a room and not have the amenities they falsely said they had. The room was not as clean as I would have liked you can tell they were rushed through cleaned.

I thought the property was ok

I didn’t like the pool was down and wasn’t notified! we had kids and a soccer tournament which left them nothing to do. the beds are extremely uncomfortable and the pillows are awful

Breakfast was blah. Would have been nice to have scrambled eggs not frozen premade sandwiches omelettes. Never switched it up. Suspected items were watered down.

Room size, comfortable bed, big bathroom, closet, nice view, kitchen was nice and big, decor was cool.

Heard the people above us. I requested top floor quiet area, it was accepted and was still given 3rd floor instead of 4th. Tv remotes are either dying or just really old. Elevator seemed a bit jenky.

This is a great hotel. Very good facilities at a very good price. Whereas a lot of hotels are using the excuse of covid to cheapskate on cleaning, this hotel doesn't. Good selection at breakfast. The staff were very helpful.

staff was great, kids loved the pool, room was very nice for a family of four. Close to the Browns practice facility. Very close to Fatheads brewery!

I wish we would have had extra trash bags in the room. The grill outside needed work

I unfortunately had a family member rushed to the hospital and had to postpone my trip. The facility would not work with me or Bookings to reschedule. I paid for the room but could not make the date. Thanks for being so understanding and not help.
