The location was wonderful.
The stair are very steep and narrow.

All was perfect (room, shower, situation). Thank you to MerriLee for this great welcome and for the visit of Newport.

DIdn't do breakfast. Very nice that kitchen use was part of the deal.
The hostess was very helpful and knowledgeable.
Parking was over a half mile away, but that's Newport!
Stairs to second floor were high and narrow. I didn't mind but others may not like it.
Everything else was good, especially the access to the balcony when there is a seabreeze!

we stayed in room “one” I thought the bed was very comfortable and the rooms and general area quite clean. The decor is eclectic with further discussion with the hostess regarding the artwork we found a wonderful history and travel log of her adventures around the world.
