Bed mattress’s were horrible , to the point we left a day / night early…. And no one at the office even bothered to ask WHY we were leaving early !! My wife & I slept on the one bed with a hospital type mattress and our friends on the hide a bed mattress and we all suffered. I should mention the so called Wi-Fi was a joke . I’m fact they didn’t even know the password at the office and said “ya that’s something we’re working on” HUH ??? Anyway we looked on the Wi-Fi to find it but did no good as it was SLOWER then my phone. NOT a good experience all the way around!! The towels from the showers left lint all over my body so I couldn’t use them and the water pressure was horrible …

Good location and grounds.

When I arrived was told to go to cabin which was unlocked with keys inside. After unloading with dog I discovered door was locked. Reloaded and drove to entrance and called person as gate was unmanned and waited 20 minutes for keys. Cabin was nice and clean but when tried to connect to Wi-Fi which I needed it connected but had no signal. Staff told me they were aware of problem and were working on it:( Then I went to the bathroom and spent 5 minutes trying to get it to stop running as it seemed the stopper wasn’t sealing. Toilet ran every 20 minutes through the stay. Finally 30 minutes later I heard a tree breaking and crash. Discovered a large branch broke off and crashed into cabin next to me and 3 feet away from my car. Thankfully it didn’t hit my car but it was covered in debris. I wrote to manager not wanting complete refund but some type of credit back. Never heard from them. For a $150 I would look else where.

Great staff at desk area. Comfortable bed. Very clean unit (cabin) Easy parking.

No internet available. Even the one that was suppose to be access at the log did not work. Expensive. Thought I was getting a small covered porch with the cabin but there wasn't one. It would have nice seeing as it rained while we were there
