You can hear most things happening in the neighboring rooms.

Super tiny bathroom. I am over 6 feet tall, so I struggled with the shower and the toilet seat area. No legroom. Originally some confusion about the room we chose. Owner was not at the front desk and when I called, was clearly annoyed and not interested in helping resolve the situation. Only after I called back a second time, did he send a manager down who was much more courteous and resolved the issue.

Location to Boothbay was the best.

No breakfast, mini-fridges or coffee in the rooms. Bathroom is super tiny.

We liked that it was convenient to downtown and easy to walk to everything.

Although a 50s style motel we thought some parts of the room, bathroom floor, and wood work could use refreshing .

The staff was amazing . The location was perfect . And the hospitality was the best .

Very overpriced but the whole area has significantly raised prices. No one to talk to on property - if you needed something you had to leave a note on door. Teeny-tiny bathroom. Very cheap towels.

The rooms were very clean and the location was a short walk to town. Staff and property owners were very friendly and welcoming. I would most definitely recommend this motel 😊

Was happy they agreed to let me stay only one night instead of two.

If they could have ice machine and mini fridge and microwave. I guess I assumed there were those items available. Even if just one communal area offering those.

It looks old. I have already known it with photos. after arriving the hotel, I realized it is much better than I expected, The room is cleaned and well maintained.

bath room is a little tiny. there is no refrigerator.

It was very well maintained, super clean, crisp white sheets, comfy bed (not too hard, not too soft), attentive owner and it was so darned cute! A real 1950’s era gem!

The only slight negative was the tiny shower stall. It had no handheld unit which would help a lot. But it was clean, adequate and had an adorable vintage print shower curtain. Also would have liked a coffee maker but the owner brought us morning coffee!! Above & beyond!
