was a great place and very convenient to the beach
that i had to unclog a sink the first night

No breakfast provided. Very handy location. Able to see ocean from front window.
Loved to see the Elk and the state park so close.
Nonfunctioning fireplace which we really could have used the first night
secondary to storm. Very difficult to find in the dark as I came a long distance.
Need screen in kitchen window. Opening mechanism for right dining room
window needs to be fixed as wood rotten and mechanism fell out. Able to put
it back to close it.

I liked the cottage structure
I wanted a bath tub. The door code didn't work properly. With the holiday it was very busy at Chapman beach.

50 yards to the beach, everything was in place, original and antique decor in the house, we got and did everything we needed and asked for and more, we have priceless memories, we'll visit again with Vacasa please keep that way, we're telling and showing our pictures from Chapman.

Location was great. The local restaurant, The Lazy Susan, has wonderful breakfasts. The town, of course, is wonderful as well.
Cottage could use some updating, but really quite charming. Beautiful view of the ocean…

The location and overall feel of the cottage
The twin beds my be ok for small children but as an adult they need considerably more support. It was like sleeping in a hammock

It is a great location on the North Beach. It was too stormy to walk into town but it wasn't a far drive. Very comfortable. Kitchen was nicely appointed. They even provided a Duraflame log for the fireplace. Bed was comfortable. It was a cozy spot to spend our anniversary. Would love to come back in the summer when the weather is better.

Location is terrific.
The property had lots of deferred maintenance. The hearth was literally crumbled and they did even bother to clean up the destroyed bricks. There were sliding door handles missing inside and out. Many screens missing. One out door dinning table was rusted beyond use. The floor was not cleaned prior to our arrival....furniture creaked...place was tired and unkept.
