Central downtown location.

Poor water pressure, and takes a long time for hot water to come through shower. The apartment is furnished with basic necessities but otherwise sparse. Neighboring restaurant/Bar property is loud into the night. Sonder customer service was very poor and unable to accommodate requests.

L'emplacement est bon, à 25 minutes à pied du centre ville et du lac eloa et dans un quartier chic avec de très belles maisons. La location est composée d'un petit appartement avec une belle grande chambre, un très bon lit, un beau salon, une petite cuisine et une petite salle de bains-toilettes. Tout était très propre. Il est vrai qu'il y a un bar en dessous mais pour nous cela n'a pas posé de problème. Nous étions en semaine. La première nuit, une soirée étudiante, mais la musique un peu forte a été coupée à 22h30. La deuxième nuit, la musique était beaucoup moins forte et une fois dans la chambre avec la porte fermée, nous n'entendions plus rien. Nous n'avons donc pas eu besoin des bouchons d'oreilles laissés à disposition par sonder. Super séjour que nous recommandons.

The one-bedroom apartment is large.

So many things: 1. There's no staff for check in. It's apparently "mobile forward", but that means you have to take a mug shot to get the code for your room, and God help you if your phone doesn't have power or data--you will be left standing on a porch in the rain. 2. Noisy location. This property is a party/wedding venue. They helpfully provide ear plugs on be bedside table, but unless that's your idea of a comfortable night's sleep, avoid this place. 3. Dirty. You can see that they tried, but the furniture is dingy (including stains on the bed frame fabric) and carpet that should have been replaced at least a year ago.

Die Unterkunft war einfach toll. Der Garten war unglaublich liebevoll gestaltet und das Apartment war sauber und schön.

Man ist schnell in der Stadt und es hat eine Bar mit einem tollen Ambiente in der Nähe. Ich würde wieder ein Zimmer bei Sonder Wellborn buchen.

Couldn’t access the thermostat which was sent to 72degrees. Our room got very warm even at night. There was a huge water puddle in the bathroom.

The check in was flexible but We booked for 4 and there was only 1 double bed. No pillows or blanket to be found so we had a horrible night and staff was not around. Even after a phone call they didn't do anything. It was a rainy cold night so that was our luck

Not very clean and lack of bedding made our stay not very pleasant, also there is a party venue right next door so we had a wedding till late

Super (!) dreckig, keine schränke, keine Tür zwischen toilette und Schlafzimmer, Einrichtung teils fehlend, sehr sehr laute Umgebung (event Location 10m gegenüber)

I liked the aesthetic and cleanliness of the room which I thought was good for the price. I also liked how easy it was to check in, but that felt a little too easy.

I didn't like that there wasn't a proper front desk area. I also had issues with getting the shower to run hot water which was never resolved, unfortunately. Also, the door was difficult to close all the way so it would lock which felt unsafe.

My room lost power in the middle of the night and navigating the changing rooms was not pleasant. First room I got assigned was not as good as the second one. House rooms are not very nice. Second room in the pink property are better

A estadia no Sonder é uma experiência no centro de Orlando. A casa histórica é charmosa e o quarto é muito amplo. Soma-se a isso todo o entorno da hospedagem que é muito bonito. Há vagas para os hóspedes estacionarem.

Não aceitar receber entregas da amazon no local, uma vez que não há pessoas para recebê-las.

1 свет в гостиной не включается, 2 маленький журнальный 👆🏼столик очень шатался и всё падало, 3 вся посуда была грязная, 4 так же постельное бельё было немного грязное 5 не выдали одеял пришлось ити за простыней и укрываться ей, (одеяло дали на 2 день ) 6 пол грязный в пятнах,7 нет ресепшен для критичных ситуаций, 😱8 очень сложный процесс входа в ваш апартамент, 9 шумно по вечерам, 10 душ льётся очень далеко и жёстко как в Африку .( А ТАК ОТЕЛЬ ХОРОШИЙ ОТЕЛЬ💋❤️🙏🥰)

On my first day there I needed an extra toiletry—they don’t have any staff onsite, but they do have a serious in the lobby with a sign that says “essential in case you run out.” I opened a few of the cabinets to find a bunch of chaotic messes. I could hardly sleep my first night as my room had a window directly over the bed that let light in from the lobby. There were no window treatments, but rather a lazy paint job over the glass (see photo) that didn’t do much to block the light. I messaged the staff via the app, which is the only way to get in touch, and asked if I could move rooms. They did move me the next day, but then I received an email with a fee for the room change. I was so surprised they didn’t notify guests before a charge like that. I messaged them again and they said that wasn’t their policy, so they waived the fee. My second room wasn’t much better. I found a large, rusty staple in the carpet next to my bed, a receipt from a previous guest on the floor, and pubic hair in the bathroom. I messaged them and they offered to clean again, which I accepted. My stay was Sunday-Wednesday, but their courtyard bar isn’t open on Sunday or Monday. I was very surprised on Tuesday night when they started playing extremely loud music in the courtyard at 5 pm. I then realized that’s why the rooms have ear plugs and sound machines, but neither can fully mask the noise—it is truly so loud. The music stopped at midnight, after which I had an early morning as I was here on a work trip. Look, I love a boutique hotel, but this was the absolute worst experience. It’s incredible to me that they continue to operate. Will never stay at a Sonder property again.

Wasn't provided with the room I booked, very cold in room, other ppls hair in the bathroom and instructions for tv wasn't with the other instructions at front door so we were confused about how that worked. Not happy with no in house staff, app communication was fine but I prefer a human.

Room was like a mini apartment, didn’t have to hunt for a hairdryer or anything. Everything was perfect.
