The location

It was dirty and falling apart everywhere in the condo. The tiles were loose in the kitchen and kept tripping over them. Dog hair on the futon. Dirty coffee cups in the cupboard that I had to wash before I could even use them. There's a very loud repetitive knocking noise that happens constantly and have no idea what it is! We could barely get the sliding glass doors open or shut cause they're so rusted. And we had no heat in the bedroom. To top it off, we had no hot water the day we left.

Location was great, but no WiFi or cell service was a little frustrating.

This condo is very dated, several broken floor tiles and the burners on the stove would stop working. Exterior doors all need to be replaced as they are very hard to open and close. No WiFi or cell service was very frustrating.

It's setting on a good spot to see the ocean the bed was comfortable

Interior was very outdated stains holes in the carpets the sink in the bathroom the faucet was broken the refrigerator did not work tiles in the kitchen almost broke my toe it flipped up three four loose tiles should I go on.....

I really liked that we were right on the beach. The bathroom was beautiful and very large with a jacuzzi tub. It was quaint and very cozy. It was great for us as a small family.

The property is outdated. Though we were mostly comfortable the sleeping was not. The master bed mattress was uncomfortable and the futon was absolutely horrible. I had a very hard time sleeping and wished I would had invested in air bed. The front door would stick every time it was closed and it was super hard to open. The TV situation wasn’t cool either. I feel that maybe a roku or a smart TVs should be put in there and then people can sign in and out of their accounts to watch movies. Also, throughout the apartment there are many things that can and should be updated.

Good location, right at the shore with access to the beach across the parking lot. View from the deck was great. Kitchen was excellent. Shower was awesome and bed was very comfortable. Place was very quiet and peaceful. Kitchen is stocked pretty well and full size appliances so you can cook anything you want.

Bad smell of propane from the stove all the time and unable to turn it off. Had to leave a window open all the time. Couldn’t have had someone sleeping on the futon due to smell at night and also during the day. Futon and wicker chair need to be replaced, very uncomfortable. Both slider doors do not lock onto the deck, but unlikely that anyone can get in as it is on the second floor and there is no access to deck.

The home was not clean, the laundry room was not clean. The fireplace didn’t work, the cable had only one channel, the radio also didn’t work.
