Great unit very comfortable!

Separate bedrooms for each person

Worn out bedspreads. Worn carpeting. Outdated and worn decor

The condo needs updated and cleaned. Lights and fans were dirty. Carpet needed cleaning. There are no chairs at the pool!

Good location and facility had pool and tennis available . Kitchen had working appliances and was well stocked with dishes. Several box fans helped

The condo itself was not maintained or cleaned very well. Very old and cobwebs everywhere. Also mildew in bathroom. Carpet was probably 20+ years old. No A/c and very poor air circulation in home. We brought a portable a/c unit since it was going to be extra hot and the bedroom downstairs was the only place it would work, by the front door. No cool air made it to the rest of the house. Circulating fan didn’t work. Had to leave a day early because the nights were too hot to sleep even with windows open everywhere. We understand it was hotter than usual but with a summer rental there needs to be more to handle heat

Location

Needs updating, oven was hard to operate as it’s a classic stove with unreadable control knobs. Kitchen needs newer bakeware and mixing bowl and platter/serving sets. Only 1 out of 3 tennis courts has net and swimming/hot tub not accessible during our stay at the condo. This should have been noted during booking and payment was charged immediately instead of 30days prior to travel since it was noted as free cancellation and no one answered my inquiry regarding this when I first booked and received payment notice. Other than the above listed, property is good for quick getaway, just need to bring it out of the 80s....

We like the location. Within walking distance to The Village and Resort and close to the Nature Center. The home was quite comfortable and had everything we needed.

The kitchen range was quite a challenge. Many of the markings on the controls have worn off and it was a guesssing game as to which burner was controlled by which knob and what the termpature was set. The oven was particularly problematic.

Location

Paid top dollar for this condo. It was filthy and many things in poor shape. They said they are using high heat to wash towels etc. because of Covid., found wet towels in washer that only had a cold/warm setting when found. Also, I booked this condo because of the convenience of the pool and hot tub and was never told that the hot tub would be closed and the pool would cost me an additional $20.00 to use. I rented through Vacasa. They were informed by the Quelah HOA of the situation because of Covid and choose not to contact me. I will stick to renting a house for half the price and not go through Vacasa rentals. Sorry not happy! Melissa
