Had a little problem getting into property on keypad but my husband kept at it and we finally got in

Needed instructions on what was expected before leaving. We just guessed, tan the dishwasher, threw towels in the wash….

The view was incredible, we loved how the beds in the rooms felt. Also enjoyed easy access to the beach.

No ventilation in living room. Needs paint and door handles. Time to redo.

The view was beautiful, although we couldn't open any windows. The deck was great except there was no covering so when it rained we couldn't sit outside. It was clean, although very old. The bed configuration wasn't what it said online, there was supposed to be another bed in the king room. But there was everything you would need to stay there. Towels we're nice and there were lots of extra blankets. Living room was comfortable and everything worked.

There was one less bed than stated online and there wasn't private bathrooms, only sinks in the rooms, which was helpful. Everything was very old and the king bed and pullout bed we're very uncomfortable. Getting to the beach was doable but not super convenient. This is not the best beach for kids, go to Newport for soft sand with smaller waves. This ocean was gorgeous and this would be a good place for adults or older kids. They have a great photographer, the main room is the nicest.
