The location, the weather, leaves changing. A fully automated booking, checkin and checkout were impressive, but lacked a little humanity. Nice to see and talk to human beings who are responsible for your stay at this property.

Toaster did not work, Toilet bowl too small. Missing batteries in a remote. Need detailed printed description of how audio/video appliances operate. Checkout instruction ask you to load property's washer with laundry. I'm not sure that I would trust property renters or local appliances to always do proper cleaining. Sheets, pillow cases, towels, etc. require commercial cleaning to assure items are properly cleaned.

Location

Pool was listed as an amenity but it had a locked gate and was inaccessible. I contacted rental agency, they said they'd get back to me and never did. Additionally, no notice was given about construction being done on the building- much less a starting time of 7:30 AM daily.

We had a very enjoyable stay. The location was convenient. The home was clean and organized.

Couches were uncomfortable. I was told in advance so wasn't surprised, but the Fireplace didn't work.
