2 bedroom apartment was nice with 2 nice bathrooms, air conditioning worked well, nice balcony, nice pool area

dishwasher did not work and was holding smelly water, ceiling fans would be nice in the bedrooms

The property was fine. We loved it! The space was great. The location was also great. We were able to enjoy the different attractions around us.

The only biggest problem we had was that the condo was not cleaned upon arrival. We had to wait about 45 minutes for the cleaning crew to show up. While they were very nice and did a good job we still had to wait for another member to come drop off clean linens. So, from the time I called in the problem at 5:00 pm until we received the clean linens at about 8:30 pm our first night was ruined. Still waiting on a refund that was promised.

The unit itself (owner) has A LOT that needs to be fixed/replaced. Mattresses in MBR, kids room and pullout couch were all SHOT and made for sore backs and horrible sleeping. Unit walls were dirty, missing outlet cover, 4 remotes to a TV in kids room that didn't even work after getting new batteries. Dishwasher didn't clean dishes. Master Bathroom towel bar fell off the wall when grab a towel from the shower. Patio furniture was wicker and falling apart...cuts into legs...no pads/cushions.

The condo 1210 is dirty, the furniture is scratched and in bad shape. The master bed was not made when I walked in the condo, wires are hanging from all the TV’s, curtains were off the rod and dirty, decorations were old Christmas items, ice maker did not work, bed ruffle was dirty, dead bolt lock did not work, the view was that of a parking lot with a dollar tree at the closest view. This was a very disappointing accommodation after many texts with the host, we were told there were no other condo’s available and were forced to stay. I asked for a refund or at least some compensation with no response. I would recommend never doing business with this company!!!

It was very kids friendly and convenient to all my planned attractions.

The floors was very dirty. I did not go to the beach but sand was everywhere.

Room was so welcoming and clean. The facility was very nice as well. There was a nice restaurant downstairs and the food was great. Pool area was beautiful. We also loved that the beach was across the street!

Upon arrival, guest services seemed a little confused as to where our room was located (different towers). We walked around in the wrong tower for about 15 minutes until they realized they told us the wrong tower. I believe this could be eliminated if on the confirmation/ reservation email had that information on there (west vs east tower)

The dryer did not work. I called for maintenance twice and was promised with a time for them to fix it but. But they never showed. I had to travel back home with wet clothes.

Vacasa did not provide the email for us to access the facility on time. We had to wait in the lobby for 5 hours.

Food at pool was over priced. For 2 drinks and 2 shrimp meals that was only 8 small shrimp and no coleslaw was in to go box was 60.00!! Had to make a bologna sandwich...

I like the fact that it’s located next to everything you may want or need.

Everything was good. I got a little disappointed because about 20 minutes before we checked out my 9 yr old had to use the restroom and I was told by the clerk at the front desk that I wouldn’t be given time for him to finish because we needed to be out before 10:00 am.

It was a good place to stay while touring the area.

There were some maintenence issues while not a big deal for our stay might be more impactful for others.

We purchased muffins and coffee at the little cafe. It was good. We enjoyed the outside bar and swimming pool. The location was great. Bochamps was incredible! Will go back to Destin just to eat there.

The unit we stayed in. Had run down furniture. The patio furniture was falling apart. The recliner in the living room was unstable. And it was all very uncomfortable to sit or sleep. The garbage disposal was very smelly. We put ice down there to clean it and it backed up a brown nasty water in both sinks. We kept doing the ice treatment until it was unclogged. The kitchen wasn’t well stocked. No measuring cups or spoons. There were only two forks. The restaurant downstairs was out of everything. No hairdryer in unit. The unit advertised dvds to watch but there were none. The TVs were confusing remotes weren’t with the right TVs.

The location of the room was not what I expected. No hair dryer in the room and the TV was difficult to operate.

Hated there wasn't a room on the bottom floor for adults

The facilities were beautiful. All the amenities were great and the location is close to everything. Loved the valet parking.

Bath tub had no cover for overflow (big gapping hole) and drier door kept coming open while drying clothes.

Rooms were great, appt was clean and comfy but management was HORRIBLE. My family and I had so much trouble getting into our room. Check in was at 4pm and we did not get into our room until 5! We called customer service and they had to reset our code about 4 times. Unacceptable!! 2 days later we had the same problem coming back from the beach we could not get into our room again, we have toddlers so you can imagine how tired and frustrated they were, we had to sit outside the room door while we waited on the phone with customer service all over again for them to reset our code AGAIN! Just for them to have security come and open the door for us. The lady in customer service said a manager would call us back to help us get at least a discount for the trouble but we did not receive a single call back from them

I liked the location.

The furniture was very uncomfortable, the dryer didn't work, we got locked out twice and had to deal with a third party to let us in 40 minutes later both times, the wifi kept cutting out, and I found a dirty diaper behind the curtain on the living room floor (mind you I did not have a baby) , the larger pool was filthy another elder guest skimmed the pool.
