As previously submitted. The accommodations were fine. The description of the property failed to include that this wasn’t a ski in ski out facility. This is opposed to the fact that this was Spanish peaks which I assumed would be on the mountain. In addition, the instructions were that there was a hot tub available for use in the instructions upon arrival. Unfortunately, the hot tub was completely covered in the common area with snow and unavailable for use.

great location and nice furniture and most the beds except the twins were comfortable. The house has little extra decor and is not cluttered. It has nice tv in family room.

It took 24 hours to heat the home. The jacuzzi in work out area does NOT work in winter, there were no spices except salt and pepper, there were stairs two flights to bedrooms hard for my dad with a cane. It was nice to have a garage. It is a nice place but don't think we would stay there again because we were disappointed the huge tv downstairs was broken, the kids couldn't pay their games on video console they brought with or go in hot tub after skiing and it was very expensive. A TV at Costco is less than 200 dollars and the owners were contacted we were told and no repair of TV occurred. The maintenance man brought space heaters the first night which saved the day. The heat is in the floors and takes 24 hours, it should have been put on before our arrival.
