Mosquitoes were vicious No working elevators and we had top floor Condo was dirty and floors were caved in in places We were scared to walk on floors Not a short walk to ocean Long long drive to town

We loved the location of the condo. it had a wonderful view and very little traffic around it. The response when we reported the ants in the bunk bedroom was quick but the follow through was questionable.

There were ants, and we found no evidence anyone came to treat for them. There are several things that need attention in the condo - missing light bulbs, remotes, broken garbage disposal, things in the closet, broken handle on lint screen on dryer (fire hazard?), and the floor in the hall is very warped. There is also incorrect information in SEVERAL places on the booking and vacasa websites regarding the wristband fees for facility usage. When this was pointed out at the office, the worker stated that vacasa knows the fee is $25 and she would send me a receipt so I can try to get the $60 dollar difference back. I'm not sure how to go about requesting that refund. We only used the pool once...for the $150 we paid. Who knew?

Beds groan when you get in out or turn over. Kitchen light blinking continuously. DVD player only plays in sepia not color.

Having to pay $15 per person for the pool..For the price of the rental that should be included.

Easy to access with code. Kitchen was great and the location is amazing! Great crabbing at the San Luis pass! The beach is literally in the back yard!

The bathroom toilets should be replaced. The master bathroom seat is corroded and came off. The other bathroom toilet has a leak behind it. Also the chairs on balcony are corroded from weather and falling apart

We liked the facilities. It’s nice but needs some maintenance.

It could have been cleaner. There was dog hair everywhere. The furniture is not well kept and is dirty. I did not like having to pay for access to the pool.
