Great location! Had amenities like access to a really nice pool, hot tub, and Jacuzzi. Clean and comfortable. The balcony was spacious and overlooked the bay, so we enjoyed the daily sunsets!

Supplies provided such as toiletries were limited, so I would suggest you bring your own, including utensils.

Paying additional fees for pool. Cleaning put a new bag in a dirty trash can with dirty liquid in it. Gnat infestation of all rooms, constantly fighting them out of our food and things. Fridge leaking a lot of water into the kitchen causing us to almost fall. when calling maintenance # on paperwork given, they said we were not part of their Group. After calling several #, 24hrs to get maintenance only for them to disconnect water to fridge- No ice and tell us they could not treat the unit for gnats while we were in it? We spent a great deal of our trip fighting gnats and trying to resolve the 2 issues.

The lazy river and pool

The entire condo was very dirty and everything was closed at the beach club couldn’t eat at the restaurant or shop the gift shop was closed entire stay! When we booked this beach retreat no one told us none of the beach club stuff was closed only access to the pool! Th floors in the beach retreat were filthy and the beds were not clean and the back door was messed up!overall we enjoyed the pool and the beach!

We never received a response from owners regarding balcony door not working and cleanliness of condo. Very limited kitchen supplies especially utensils!
