Апартамента е хубав, има всичко необходимо за комфортен престой, хубава кухня и се намира на много комуникативно място. При напускането момичето, което почистваше ни помогна да оставим багажа си в хотел в непосредствена близост и да се насладим още малко на прекрасната Сиракуза ,без да бъдем притеснявани от раниците на гърба си. Благодарим ти много, скъпа!

Като малка забележка мога да кажа, че със собственика имахме предварителна уговорка да оставим багажа си в апартамента, защото пристигахме доста по-рано от часа за настаняване и да се разходим спокойно, без багаж. И то по негово предложение. Аз изпълних всички негови инструкции, но той така и не се появи и се наложи да носим багажа със себе си. Като цяло комуникацията по време на настаняването беше трудна, не отговаряше на телефона и това малко ни притесни .Но всичко на края се уреди. А Сиракуза и Сицилия са прекрасни!

Quiet street, close to amenities and bus stop. Clean and equipped kitchen. Effective heating for cold nights and cosy bedding. Good WiFi. Check-in in person but no issues, clear instructions and very responsive contact.

Mattress a bit uncomfortable as you can feel the springs in places.

El alojamiento está a 5 minutos a pie de la estación de tren, ideal. El tren llegó antes del horario del check-in y como tenían lista la habitación nos dejaron entrar, muy gentiles. Nos recibieron en el lugar, y acceder a la habitación fue fácil. Nos dieron un mapa y explicaron cómo llegar a los lugares y cómo hacer con el desayuno. Giuseppe fue muy amable con nosotros, nos ayudó con el desayuno y estuvo muy bien predispuesto para lo que necesitáramos. La ducha salía muy bien, de temperatura y presión de agua.

La habitación no tenía muchos insumos para tomar/comer en la casa. Teníamos un poco de café pero no un té, por ejemplo.

Nous sommes arrivés vers 20h, il n’y avait personne pour nous accueillir. Nous n’avions pas de bon numéro de téléphone. Un voisin a pu me donner le bon numéro de téléphone et nous avons attendu que la personne vienne nous remettre les clés. Le mot d’ordre en Sicile doit être pas de stress…

Freundlicher Empfang, großzügiges Zimmer ebenerdig, mit allem inklusive Küche und sehr sauber. Bad geräumig. Eine Flasche Wasser war für uns im Kühlschrank - sehr aufmerksam. Sehr hohe Decken mit charmanter Ausstattung inkl. Fahrräder als Deko. Für uns war die gute Ausgangslage zum Flughafen Catania wichtig, da wir sehr früh gestartet sind.

Duschkopf war verkalkt daher weniger guter Wasserstrahl und man konnte kein Fenster öffnen, nur die ebenerdige Eingangstür. Also mussten wir die Klimaanlage anmachen, um den Muffel zu vertreiben, da es etwas unbelüftet roch.

Close to the train station, a beautiful walk to Ortigia. I loved going to the market and getting fresh ingredients to cook with in the well-equipped kitchen. Very comfortable and surrounded by great restaurants. Definitely try Donna Lina, the food is delicious and the service is very thoughtful.

Damage on the bathroom No 2nd key!!! We still.dont understand their policy to not give a 2nd key!!! So, if for example someone want to go out early and the rest family is sleeping ...you can go out with the keys and the rest ones will stay with no electricity at the flat!! Thus, no a/c, no lights...!!

Great location, beautiful old building, really well mantained and modern in the inside. Great place to explore Syracuse and Ortygia in particular.

The location was nice about 7 min walk to the island. Free parking was available in the street nearby for free or you could also park at the train station which was 5 min away. The beds were comfortable and the room was spacious offering a kitchen.

The bathroom was malfunctioning, bidet was not flowing any water out and one of the shower handles was broken and the first time I opened it to wash my feet since the bidet was not functioning normally it got me all wet. The breakfast was a 5/10 just because you could only pick 1 pastry and only something to drink and that was not enough for breakfast.

Close to the train station, great pizzeria and not so far to the supermarket and Ortegia. We got a handbook with some instructions, numbers, sites, and restaurants. Very nice staff.

The "basement studio/apartment" seems to be the WORST option here, despite of other "good" rooms, unknown to me. - Check A'storia Google's reviews, those with lowest score (five months ago, from Franca T.), or others with low score in Booking: You'll realize that everything said here is totally true. Astoria apartments is a fine place to stay and close enough to Syracuse island. Close enough to walk everything. There is a small kitchen for those who want to cook. The place was quiet, hardly any street noise. We liked the breakfast being served in a nearby cafe. Felt so very Italian.

The restauration/rebuild of this apartment is a bit unprofessional. It still feels a bit dated. Car parking is free in the streets which can be a challenge.

Apartmant was close to Ortigia, where we spent most time while in Sirakuza. Staff was really good, and made sure our stay in Astoria was really good. Whenever I needed them, they answered and reacted quickly. Since we were with car, it was important to have parking place, they don't have their own, but around apartment you can find it easily. Breakfast was included, and was in caffe bar nearby apartment, where we could choose one snack and one drink, and it was good.

Presonal preference, but mattress was soft one

Location is good, staff very nice. Breakfast was simple, but tasty.

We visited in February. Aircon did not heat so it was very cold. It would also be beneficial to have more blankets for winter months. No WIFI.

The pictures of the selected apartments were mistaken. They seemed to be on the first floor and actually they were on the basement, next to street.
