The location was quite central.

I got room near by the lift. Also, it was noisy due to the lift.

The shower was broken so you had to hold it up yourself

The receptionist is very welcoming and nice. That’s the only thing that’s good in this place.

So much bed bugs!!!! Bloods too of the bugs! Small big bed bugs. You name it! We ended up leaving early in the morning. Till now my body is itchy and swollen with bites! We are doing a road trip in Portugal and now all of us didn’t sleep. We weren’t able to see Coimbra and our plan and energy got spoiled today. It’s sunday and we can’t find any laundry shop. We are afraid that our clothes also have bed bugs! Mentally it’s exhausting too as we feel we have those bed bugs in our body, hair and clothes! Disaster stay :( Please fix this and shut it down! You know that there are bed bugs in this room/hotel as we saw you are treating it with pesticide. (Photos attached here! You don’t want your customers to end up in hospital or even bring bed bugs on their way. Please close, and fix this asap!

Location was great. City centre in 5min walk. We were in private room and it was clean and we got towels.

The staff were very friendly and directed us where to eat breakfast. The air conditioning worked well. Everything was within walking distance.

It’s very well located. Right in the city center. Within a walking distance to Mondego park. We booked a small room (not so nice), but staff was able to upgrade our room to a front view one. It was bigger and more comfortable than the previous one. There’s no breakfast, but they’re are a lot of coffee shops right next to the hotel (busy street). Staff was very kind.

Depending on the room, it will get smaller and not so bright or comfortable.

The room was comfortable. The property is reasonably close to the historic centre.

The room was spacious, the beds were comfortable and there was a lot of room to organise your belongings.

The bathroom, the shower had no water pressure and at times was cold/luke warm.

Simple, but clean room, perfect for a family night stay, right in the centre of Coimbra

Slightly tired building, but kept clean. Everything else was great. Even the sound of a working washing machine outside the window did not bother us, since we returned to the room satisfied, but only tired to sleep.

The location was ideal: it was very close to the city centre and the train station. Check in was smooth, although the receptionist spoke no English whatsoever. Fortunately, through a mix up French and Italian, we communicated more or less

The room had no hot water. It was lukewarm at best. This would have been fine in the summer, but by the end of October, it was quite cold to be taking shower. The room was quite Spartan, which was fine for the price. You can't beat €35! Perhaps a kettle would have been a nice touch.

I believe visitors should be given a code for the front door instead of ringing a loud bell at night. Staff should not enter the room while we are away. I also do not think that cleaning is necessary for 2 days of stay. Especially that the cleaner touched our personal belongings (body sponge, toothbrush).
