Sink had no hot water. Had to wash up with cold water. Place just did not feel very safe.

El auto debe quedar mas cerca de la habitacion asignada. En esa estadia me quitaron espejo retrovisor lado izquierdo.

The room was very clean the bed was comfy and had extra pillows so I loved that and did not smell like cigarettes because in other hotels I have gotten non smoking and they still amell
I fell in the bath it needs a rubber mat inside and woulda liked a coffee machine in the room. The outside balcony chairs needed to be cleaned as well. I think the price was a bit much I have gotten cheaper for a good room before

There was nothing to like but the water pressure from the shower ! This is a crappy motel, because it’s not a hotel for sure!
This place smells! There were roaches outside on the wall at the entrance. Just a dirty mess!

There was a misunderstanding about the length of my stay. Instead of management calling to confirm, they emptied contents in my hotel room and boxed everything. The food in the fridge went bad. A simple phone call would have resolved the issue.

Staff is polite, friendly and always willing to help. Very quiet and peaceful. Room is exceptionally clean, bed comfortable, showers are nice as well.

Extremely close to Florida’s Turnpike. Beautiful lobby.
Quiet area, security ok. Bathroom clean…little counter space, however. Hot shower with good pressure…important! Beds comfortable.
Room did not match lobby…at all. Not sure if they are remodeling the rooms…clerk at desk wasn’t sure. (Why?) Mirror in bathroom looked like something chewed on it (doubt that…just very old). Curtains old…ugly.
Coffee in lobby was hot brown water. Not even a continental breakfast.
Overpriced in my opinion.

Everything at this hotel needs to be updated. Things seem to be hanging on by a thread. Kept just enough to be adequate.

it’s a good price, and it’s close to Claremont.
the front desk guy is rude and apparently when you “call the property” through the booking site and it takes you to a third party who can’t really do anything… 🤷🏼♀️…. I tried to change to two doubles and that never happened and the front desk guy took it very personal
