Great location. Lots of bed and space.
No pictures or descriptions show that the upstairs is an unenclosed loft accessed solely by a spiral staircase. It is a potential hazard for small children and people with any mobility issues.
Also not marketed as a shared residence with two other properties.

On the water. 2 blocks on other side to the Gulf. Great for bird watching, sunrise, sunset. Near restaurant. Easy access to main roads.

Location is amazing. Gulf beach across the street. Pod of dolphins in the water off the back deck
Gulf blvd is super busy 90% of the time. Racks in all closets were super dusty (we were in a wedding while there and had a suit and bridesmaid dress that needed hung).

The location was excellent. Beach and bay were conveniently accessible. Furnishings were outdated but comfortable.
Convenient to eating establishments.
Main bedroom bathroom faucet needs to be replaced. Main bedroom mattress and/or box springs needs to be replaced (squeaked with every movement).

The location was great. The view was awesome. And the size of the balcony was a very pleasant surprise!
The place is dated. Needs some work. There was a piece of plywood (covering a hole?) on the ceiling. The kitchen needs more supplies.

Excellent location! The deck looks over the intercostal waterways and the beach is a short one block walk. The apartment had 2 living areas and the bedrooms each had a bathroom. The loft area upstairs had 4 queen beds which would be great for kids. The Seabreeze restaurant next door had excellent food and drinks.
Noisy in the morning-someone was blowing leaves fairly early a couple of mornings, trash pickup and cars passing by. The kitchen could have been better supplied- i.e. potholders, pan scrubber, bowls, mixing bowls. The refrigerator was missing glass panels over the produce drawers.

Perfect location with a beautiful view! The back deck faces the cannal and is a great place to hang out and relax. The beach access is across the street and a 5-10 minute walk. Close to restaurants and John's pass is only a 15 minute drive.
House is very dated and run down some what. The furniture is old but comfy. The owner who must live down stairs (I never saw her) has many rules that are ridiculous! You can't open the sliding door after 10pm. No playing music outside on the deck and I even got a call and text to say I had to shut off the jetted tub I was taking a bath in because it was too late and the noise was too loud. The price was good as well as location but I will not go back due to the owner and her never ending rules making me feel like I had to walk on egg shells the entire time!

The area is nice. It isn't too "touristy" which we prefer. The apartment does overlook a bay where dolphins come to play. The walk to the beach isn't far. Go-Karts and mini golf course and St. Johns pass are all near. There are dog parks around, but no dog beaches that are within walking distance. The sunrise over the bay each morning and lightning storms/rainbows off in the distance are also beautiful.
The landlord lives downstairs or has family there. Our dog is a well trained german shepherd, had a bark collar on the whole stay, and was put in her kennel anytime we left, yet the landlord gave us grief about having her there, even after paying the extra fee for it. She expected us to not leave the dog there alone at all even though the beaches and restaurants don't allow dogs. Closest dog beach was 15 miles or 30 mins away by car. The pool table should just be thrown out. Someone took it apart and put it back together all wrong. The sticks and table are in terrible shape. We were really even scared to play pool fearing another "be quieter" text from the landlord. There are like four coffee pots, probably from previous renters, but the utensils and cookware are lacking.

The view was amazing. I house is very big and could accommodate our large group. Also was walking distance to the beach and the restaurant next door is pretty delicious.
The mattresses were good, but the bed frames were not the best, if one person moved the entire bed shook making noise. The place could use a few minor updates - The pool cues were all broken and it would have been nice to have them replaced and The bbq needs a new grill as part of the grill is missing.

That the owner lives downstairs… was like we were being “watched” the whole time…
the pictures look nothing like the real thing… the house needs to be refurnished.. everything was old and outdated… the smell in the house was not good… the bathrooms smell of mold…. I took a video of the actual house if anyone would like to see..

The location is excellent. We enjoyed sunrises off the balcony and watching the dolphins swim. there were plenty of places to eat in walking distance. The beach is really an easy walk and we found the location peaceful. This is our second stay at this property in a year.
The cleanliness was lacking. we found hair on the shower walls and mildew on the curtain. some of the dishes needed washing before we could use them. The pool table is uneven and the cues are all broken. This property is not cheap to rent and while the location is excellent we do expect everything to be clean and in working order.

The location was right opposite the beach. It was only a 2 minute walk. The property overlooked the bay. It was beautiful! We saw dolphins every morning! The property had plenty of space and tastefully decorated The beds were very comfortable. The beach was just serene. Not much of a crowd and a great spot to swim/dip in. This property was right next to a good restaurant as well. We really enjoyed our stay.

The room had an amazing view of the bay and windows everywhere so you could see the view all the time. It was incredibly spacious and was pretty well stocked in the kitchen so you could make meals easily.
Parking was a little difficult the home has 3 separate apartments and only 3 parking spaces one of which gets blocked by the others. We had to park on the street once we were finally able to get our vehicle out. And a broom would have been nice with all of the sand from the beach getting tracked in but still very little inconvenience in exchange for the amazing room and view

NOTHING!
Upon arrival for VACATION the owner forgot we were coming! We asked where to park and parked where she told us too. Hours into the days she walked upstairs onto the patio where we paid to be staying and started screaming at us to move one of the cars that we had no right parking it where she told us too! IN APPROPRIATE!
That’s invasion of privacy! That’s what a cell phone is for! Fine no big deal we moved on from the situation. Upon checking around the house while unpacking. I noticed the back door broken and glass everywhere. Mind you the door was taped from the outside but a huge whole for bugs and air to get in! We immediately emailed the owner and let her know! Again we move on to enjoy our vacation! Still unpacking I’m slowly noticing hand written notes all over the house taped to walls! “DO NOT MOVE FURNITURE, DO NOT JUMP ON BEDS, DO NOT DIRTY THE WALLS, DO NOT TOUCH THE THERMOSTAT (set to 74 in the hot summer sun and asked to switch to 78 when leaving) okay again we moved on trying to just enjoy the vacation. We would go to the beach come home nap and then sit in the living room chatting about whatever. We had no more issues... WE THOUGHT. The last night my friend was on the couch and looked over to the lamp to see bugs crawling all over. She freaked out and we all did a little so yes we might have gotten a little loud at the moment because we just had figured out they were termites and they were hatching everywhere! At that moment we receive a text from the owner stating we were past the 10pm quiet time and to be quiet. We then notified her of the bugs to which she just kept ignoring that going back and fourth. At this point we decided we would check the beds for bugs as a scream from upstairs comes out from a friend that they were all over her bed. Pictures to come below! We started searching the house finding these termites everywhere. 5/7 of us left in anxiety of the termites being everywhere all over the house!
Arriving at the airport at 3am to be on standby for a flight home early! Around 9am my friend and her mom were awaken in fear as a MAN WALKED INTO THEIR BEDROOM! (Checkout is 10) to which the owner claimed he was dead and just thought we were gone by then. To top it all off a few ladies came home to termites in their belongings and bags which can damage homes! We thought it was proper to message the owner and ask for a refund for the last night since we didn’t stay there and the issues with the termites to then she replied that we broke rules and partied the whole time and we brought the termites to the house and we were scammers? I’m sorry but all of us over the age of 30-60 were not partying mind you we all have severe health conditions to one had a heart attack before she came! Two have heart conditions we were there to relax for a few days!
The owner continued to harass us! Admitted to the termites! We have all the texts to prove so! With all that being said do not stay here! Be careful! She told us we got what we paid for since she rents for a cheaper price! We have been in contact with the health department and are working on filing a complaint!

On innerwater way and close to beach. Views from deck and back yard.
Right on Gulf Blvd and bar/restaurant next door. Both were noisy. Condo in terrible disrepair. Ie kitchen pantry unusable as door broken off and sign saying dont use. Doors either wouldnt open or very difficult to use. No screens on doors. Deadbolt on front door didnt work. Felt less than safe. Handwritten signs all over property gave feeling of being at a preschool - “dont do this, dont do that”. Took away from feeling welcome.
