I would stay here again in a heartbeat. The staff were amazingly helpful. Santiago, the morning manager, speaks about five languages and was helping us constantly. Carolina accommodated our every strange request in the evening. I particularly liked the dining room door being open at all hours, allowing us to sit outside in good weather and on a covered porch when necessary. Maid service was flawlessly performed daily when we were downstairs having breakfast. Nothing seemed too much to ask. Perfect location on the second Main Street, one block from the park and crafts market and one block from the center of dining, shopping, etc. We brought dinner to the hotel a couple of nights (great pizza/empanada restaurants next door and middle eastern two blocks away.) and ate outside with no problem.

The staff couldn't help even with the basic tourist info... we asked for information about boat excursion on the Laccar Lake and he said we has to go to the port to get the info. I just looked it up on the internet and made reservations using whatsapp without leaving the hotel... super easy... Also, no one spoke English at the hotel and at any of the excursions we got. I guess one has to get a private guide there to have the information in English...

The location was great, by the city center. The room is large but the shower is very bad.

The woman at the front desk left us waiting for 10 min while she was on the phone discussing covid vaccination with a friend. Upon check out at 11:15 am the same woman called the room asking us to vacate the hotel because other guest were waiting to check in the same room (the hotel’s check out time is 11:30). We requested an extra 15 min because we had a last min problem but we were told this was not possible. When we checked out at 11:30 there was no one waiting in the lobby nor cleaning staff in our floor. The client service is very poor and rude so we will not stay at this hotel again.

Well located, comfortable quiet rooms, good breakfast, parking under the hotel. Wish we’d been here more than one night.

Really nice hotel. The environment is very welcoming and the place is spotlessly clean throughout. The room was a reasonable size with a huge, and very comfortable, double bed. We also had a small table with 2 chairs and a balcony with 2 chairs. The hotel is generally quiet and peaceful (subject to specific guest’s lack of consideration - see below). The buffet breakfast was ok without being special with choices of fresh fruit, cereals, scrambled eggs & frankfurter sausages, ham & cheese, mixed breads, toast and a whole raft of cakes and pastries. The location is excellent, just of the main drag through town with easy walking to all facilities. On site free parking is provided.

Sound proofing between rooms isn’t brilliant. We had a lady next door making an animated phone call at 11:00pm and we heard everything. That said, once she had shut up the place was silent. It just goes to show that a lot of issues are down to people’s lack of thought about anything than their own immediate wants and needs. The hotel has a centralised heating system which came on of its own accord twice during the night (in the middle of summer), they clearly have a problem there. Scrambled eggs at breakfast were very “wet”.
