The location is lovely.

The cost so far exceeded the quality of the hotel room and balcony, which was not private. We arrived at 4 pm for check-in and had a good experience but when we asked for an hour extra for checkout the staff acted oddly then rang our room at 11:05 to promptly remind us, no late check out. For the cost of the room, the lack of balcony privacy, and the inability to give us a little more time to check out, I would not stay here again.

Been coming to the Adams Hotel for maybe 5 years or so. Absolutely love it....friendly, clean, and ocean front.

Location--excellent! Ocean front, wide deck with rocking chairs overlooking the crashing waves! Lovely. Breakfast-poor. Coffee very weak.

Room a bit cramped, toilet was constantly running.

TV - small and poor quality.

The staff is super attentive to the needs and requests of the guests. I plan to return next summer 😎

Location was great. Rooms are clean. Pool area nice and clean.

Loved the deck with rockers. Although, we had rain and the deck leaked pretty badly.

The microwave was in office where you checked in. Information wasn't given to me about the facility like where the ice machine was, where breakfast was served,etc.

For us, it was the access to the beach (and the view) that was exceptional.

Ice was hard to come by, and the ac unit lacked a full time fan function when in cool mode. Very loud when it turned on and off.

Location and beach front was wonderful. It’s nice the hotel provides a grab and go breakfast.

Room and bathroom was small and not enough storage. Bathroom needed an exhaust fan. Room needed a microwave.

Great location and the staff was very helpful.

AC was a bit weak and the fan couldn't keep running to provide white noise. There is no shade from the morning sun and it got very hot. The pool should open earlier so we can eat breakfast there in the shade.

The view from our room was fantastic and it was just a short walk to the beach.

That I can’t stay here forever…..
