We loved our private room. The check in process was easy. The breakfast was unique and delicious.

The property is a bit of a walk from town but that is noted accurately in the description.

Cat was incredibly gracious and sweet. Plus a delicious breakfast!

Wonderful B&B!! Bob and Cat were great hosts! The room was lovely and was so close to town! We walked everywhere and the breakfast was delicious!

The location is lovely- right on Rt. 1 between Camden and Rockport. The innkeepers are welcoming and the breakfasts are delightful out on the patio (indoor seating also available) and delicious. The rooms are very pretty and comfortable.

Beautiful home and furnishings. Lovely hosts. The home and Yard were very well-maintained. Our room was spotless and so sensibly set up for two friends who wanted to sleep separately. The twin beds are very comfortable.

The hosts were lovely people and very accommodating and the breakfasts were delicious. The location was very central and good for walking. There are lots of great restaurants nearby. There are many types of rooms to choose from. The beds and linen were exceptional.

We loved the vintage of an older home, but we needed a room on the first floor. The only hiccup was that we could hear other guests moving around on the upper floor.

Excellent! Wished we could have stayed for more than one night! Our room was large, clean and comfortable with everything we could need available. Breakfast was a lovely mix of fruit, toast and freshly made omelette with as much tea/coffee as we wanted. The hosts were lovely and friendly and provided a variety of information on the property and area.

The location was good. The owners were very friendly and nice to deal with.

The A/C in my room did not work well. When I realized it, it was later in the evening (10:00PM or so) and everyone was turned in for the evening. As the night wore on, I just opened the windows to let in cooler air. But since my room was in the front of the house (facing the road), I had to listen to traffic all night long. I tried to adjust the A/C and that did not work. I would probably never stay at that location again.

Liked everything!! Was all around just lovely. Catherine and her husband are amazing inn keepers. The old historic inn is beautifully kept and decotated. Room was super clean and lovely with nice touches. Breakfast was amazing. Tables set elegantly, Catherine served each table and her husband (forget his name, my apologies) cooked a delicious meal.

Loved the house with the original features like crown molding, steam radiators, wood floors, etc. Catherine and Bob were wonderful hosts and super gracious and friendly. The breakfast was great. The room was very clean and comfortable with the softest bedsheets. Very easy access to town. Literally loved everything. So glad we stayed
