Though there's normal wear in the rooms, the overall pre-season quiet, clean cabin, friendly staff & amazing views made it a wonderful experience!

I wasn't able to talk to staff, office was closed at my arrival!! Would had been nice to see someone at the check in desk!!

the heater was loud and the heat did not get back to the bedrooms. We never saw a staff person.

A wonderful place on the Missouri River! The view awesome, the ambience lovely and peaceful. The staff is super! One thing...let's go there!

The resort is in a beautiful location in the Lewis & Clark park.. It was our first time staying there, and we were really excited to be staying by the lake.. We stayed in a King room at resort.. We arrived about 2 pm.. room was ready... put all our things in room and went to Gavins Pt Dam to fish.. Got home about 7 and noticed a smell from the bathroom... It was like sewer gas. Didn't think much of it at the time... left again for dinner and came back about 10. The smell was worse... closed the door and left the fan on in bathroom hoping it would take the smell away... WELL..Continued in what I didn't like..

after issues with smell in bathroom... It is now about 11 pm.. we needed to put the heat on in the room... It was a VERY cold weekend... the sewer smell got worse.. had to put a towel under door to keep smell from coming in rest of room... Had to open window ...WIDE.. to keep smell down... I got nausea and headache.. could not sleep... called left a message to have someone come and see what was wrong.. The resort handyman came at 8 am and said the toilet was loose and the cabin had been sitting empty for a week and the ring under the toilet probably was also bad.. he said he would fix and he did. my husband was fishing and I went hiking... came back couple hrs later and it was fixed... That's great and I was glad about that.. My issue is .. the resort never offered to give us any money back on our room for the night we had to put up with the awful gas smell... I got sick... lost sleep... not a good way to spend our first night... I was very upset they didn't offer to give us something off our room... They said we could have another room, if the smell was still there after the toilet was fixed.. but we didn't need to move then... IT got fixed.. My Issue is , Giving us something off on that 1st day, would've been greatly appreciated for the awful night we had... But they sure did not offer that..

Office was not open for before I before I left. No breakfast. It was close to my destination.

Shower didn't work. Ice maker wasn't working, No ice. Office was closed by the time l tried to Take a shower and no one to talk to.

Everything honestly. Great location, view, felt welcome and staff was friendly and helpful.

Tile floor didn't seemed swept had dead bugs and random items (which is better then alive bugs shows they sprayed), but the room had a broom and dust pan to do it ourselves.
