Small but good pool & spa, spacious room
Many things
1. Late Breakfast timings, very few choices, no buffet at all, extremely long wait time.
2. No cleaning of the room even for the stay of 4 nights, no actions even after a request for a cleaning. For towel changing also, need to remind multiple times

Was given a room on the bottom floor with kids pounding on the floor
Complained 3x to staff
I was not reallocated to another room and neither the noisy people above me
The result was that we were woken up at 3:30am two nights in a row

the staff… I arrived at midnight and there was a old Mexican lady in the front desk that was really rude… she seems super unwelcoming that made me felt pretty uncomfortable..even the guard by the entrance wasn’t helpful when I got in .. I saw great reviews of this hotel about the staff, but it wasn’t at all… the room is the only reason I’ll give this hotel a 8

On that, the room did not have a sofa. Before booking this room. The website said it had two beds, a micro way, a fridge, etc... and a sofa, but when i checked in, there was no sofa. The weird thing is that when i checked the description of the room, it was describing a different room than the one i picked.

I stayed at this hotel last August and the service was excellent . That the reason I return to the same hotel. But the cleaning crews are terrible this time. I request bathroom cleaning and they not even show up to clean my room!
