The picture online shows one building, leading one to think they’d have some privacy. But there are 3 rooms and the two that are connected in the main house are not well insulated for sound. This was an anniversary trip, so I would have chosen differently if I understood that we didn’t have more privacy. There is a lot to like about the place bc it has been updated and the bed and pillows were amazing. The first night we didn’t have AC, and figuring out the thermostat proved fruitless. Thankfully it was a cooler evening, but it was still a tad bit warm. Also, I got the impression that it was on the river and while that is not entirely untrue, i had conjured up a different picture of what that was going to look like. It really all depends on what you’re looking for. I’d stay here again, but under different circumstances.

The cottage was exceptionally clean, excellent bedding and just the right size. The location was within walking distance to the town square. Contactless check-in and check-out.

Minor things: I couldn’t figure out how to watch regular tv, I could only access some Netflix,etc. Maybe add a nightlight and a comfy chair.

Nitjing

They leave pastries out for you, cereal, milk, orange juice, popcorn, coffee, tea. The fire pit was my favorite. The house is walking distance (about 50 yards) to a park right on the river. I could hear the river running while relaxing in the nice hot tub.

Amazing countryside wonderful getaway. Fireplace and hot tub is wonderful. Recommend this place to anyone anytime of the year

It was very cute. Check in was absolutely seamless. We communicated through text only & didnt even see each other. My credit card was charged right before. Very quiet. Nice sized room. Older style with cable, nice shower, and nice kitchen supplies.

We liked everything. The rooms were close together in the main house. It might have been a little loud if another couple was in the other room. For our trip, no one was ok n the other side, so it was perfect & quiet!
