The location of the hotel is across the road from the beach. The rooms were cleaned every day (it was very unexpected!), comfortable beds. The friendly staff was always ready to help. 5 minutes drive to Publix and other stores.

We had a wonderful tyme, but there always room for improvement. Starting with the receptionist. Wanted to get change for the soda machine on property and she sure was snotty about it. The TV only had one channel and there were these 2 huge Palmetto bugs in the room we had to kill when we walked in the door. My Girls were freaking out walking in the door on arrival.

TV...BUGS...RUDE RECEPTIONIST The add was oceanfront...I thought I would open the door and be on the ocean. Nooo, we had to walk across a road and down to the ocean. That's a false add.

I loved the electronic check-in. Showed up, parked, and right into our room. Light was on waiting for us along with banana bread! The room was very clean, and I even had a broom to sweep up the beach sand. Nice stainless steel mini fridge, coffee pot, microwave and toaster. The beach is right across the street, and the location could not be beat! We had an accessible room, and the shower was amazing. A regular shower head on one side and an adjustable hand held on the other side. Definitely would stay here again. There is a restaurant on property as well.

Didn't care for the 10am checkout, would've preferred the normal 11am for most hotels.

It was right at the beach. It was very clean. Nothing was out of place. Very secured. I will be staying there every single time I go to beach in Destin

No Breakfast No Coffee Had to go to nearby restaurant for a decent meal and Coffee. If they had breakfast and coffee access with the price of the room it would’ve be ok!
