Check in/out process was smooth, helpful staff, friendly lobby/lounge & games/bar area, room was clean & had what we needed. Also, the welcome tickets for 1 drink per person at the bar was nice.
Would have liked coffee as part of the tea bar downstairs in the lobby.

My stay was great, I honestly had no complaints.
There wasn't anything that I didn't like. I don't know why there were so many bad reviews. Staff was friendly. Everything was clean and comfortable. Sure, it wasn't like your typical room with a mini fridge and desk, but for one night, I didn't need those things anyways. They gave me a bottle of water at check out and a ticket for a free drink at the bar.

As soon as I walked in, I immediately felt relaxed and excited to check out my room. The lighting downstairs was amazing and my room was very, cool and I loved the look and the layout.

The front desk staff were really friendly and helpful. Bed was comfortable.
The rooms lacked a closet and a safe. The window could be opened but not shut tight as it didn’t have a handle. The bathroom was not clean enough - pink bacteria stains in the corners of the shower suggested it doesn’t get cleaned thoroughly enough. The room design was just odd - industrial with lots of ironmongery - complete with what could only be described as meat hooks hanging on rails. The room was even adorned with random, purposeless leather straps!

great location, cute room, modern.
hot water was warm instead of hot .. 2 choices of tea. it would be nice if they had a Nesspresso machine so you don’t have to go find a Starbucks fist thing in the morning.
Room was very small .. next time need to book a larger room.

Location was great and the staff was friendly. I really enjoyed spending time in the bar and common areas. The room was small but very comfortable. Not only aesthetically pleasing but functional design as well. Most staff went above and beyond one team member even ran out to buy cream because they ran out and I was having coffee.
I received an email from the hotel asking me to check in on their app but it kept erroring out so I gave up. When I arrived at the hotel I mentioned it to the clerk and she let me know they aren't doing that anymore which is fine but, I spent half an hour trying to make the mobile check in work which was frustrating. Don't send that email if the function doesn't work.
Only thing that was troublesome at the property was that there was supposed to be food available at the bar and over half the menu was out of stock. Also, they didn't have a coffee maker in the room because the coffee was supposed to be available downstairs in the common area. I was only able to find coffee there once out of the 4 times I attempted to get a cup and they were out of cream
