Location. Beds were comfy. Kitchen well stocked.

False advertising. This deck photo should be taken down. There is now a house in front, blocking that view. Chairs on the deck are plastic. Lights did not work in the bunk room. Place was not very clean… spider cobwebs in the house, mold in the bathroom, and dust. Management company Vacasa was all talk, and no action. I spoke to four different people about the various challenges we were having and all said they would get back to me and get the property manager to come in and fix what could be fixed but nobody ever followed through.

Heating was a bit cumbersome, the kitchen supplies where not clean.

Could have been much cleaner, sheets were not clean and there were ants.

The second bedroom with two triple bunk beds isn’t very adult friendly but would be great for kids. Could use a Keutig machine

Location was great, just up the road from the trails, close to the pool area and tennis courts.

Ants and spiders everywhere inside the house. Obviously the owners know this because what food they have in the house was inside the fridge/freezer- popcorn, sugar, etc. The management company gave us ant spray and said that’s what they use. The house needs to be fumigated before someone else encounters this mess. Now we get the joy of inspecting every inch of our belongings to make sure we don’t transport them home. We would appreciate some type of refund. It’s not fun or relaxing staying in a place like this.
