The townhouse was very cute and cozy. The views were spectacular. The location was perfect.

There was no hair dryer.

This is our second review of this property. The best part was that the property was on the water.

I wish you could read my previous review. Storm/screen doors couldn’t be locked. Mini blinds broken thus minimizing privacy. TV didn’t allow certain channels without a login. No TV channel guide. Part of stairs to upstairs had no hand rail - a serous accident waiting to happen. That’s code where we live! We are both a bit impaired and this was a challenge. Main handrail seemed loose and insecure. Shower/bath area not sufficient for tall people. Beds uncomfortable and insufficient availability of pillows. Draperies broken and didn’t provide privacy or room darkening. Lighting in kitchen is marginal with the light over the sink not working and a strange light near the refrigerator. Didn’t appreciate the mousetrap in the coat closet. No direction on where to deposit our trash; couldn’t locate a community trash bin. Thermostat was wacky. It was hot for October and we needed AC. No matter how we set it, the temp went to 75 degrees. Insufficient hangers in all closets. All guests don’t live in fold-up casual clothes. Broken chair in one bedroom needs to be removed to prevent a serious injury. The unit provided the basics appropriately and the main living space was pleasant minus the overuse of basket decor and a clock that wasn’t functioning and off center. The unit may be homey for the owners but it was over the top cheeky with placemats/doilies under lamps and on counters. Poor lighting in the main space for one who wants to read. And, as much as the owner wants to preserve their flooring, asking guests to remove their shoes via a silly sign was not appropriate. We didn’t arrive with muddy or wet boots/shoes and would have been rendered less capable of ascending those unstable stairs without our sturdy shoes. Need better signage for the property. Difficult to find the entrance especially at night.

The location worked well for us. The accommodations were clean and comfortable.

Floors were dirty, the mattress was very uncomfortable, and it needed to be upgraded.Furniture could use an upgrade as well. Time to spend some of the money they're making on the rent. It's smaller than it looks in the pictures.
