More spacious than I expected. Close to the beach.

Main door to the building was a pain in the butt to get into. Fridge was super small but overall it was manageable.

clean, quiet, newly renovated, comfortable, private. Staff kindly brought up a chair that I requested.

A/C worked well but a bit noisy with frequent off/on overnight. The stools in the kitchen were not adequate for a good sit-and-read for an old guy😁.

1. Location was great. 2. For a very old property it was very clean.

1. Strong cat litter like odor in the front yard but disappeared once inside Inn. 2. Narrow staircase with low headroom but manageable. 3. Needs a full size coffee maker. 4. Parking was limited but was able to find a reasonable spot.

The staff was friendly, the location great and the room was comfortable and quiet.

The smell of bleach was overwhelming when we arrived but once we aired out the rooms by opening the windows for a bit, it was fine.

In town location was great

Did not have a chair or chairs in which to sit in this room, bath floor is 4” out of level, shower drain didn’t drain but instead water pooled in shower base, bed was shoved against the wall on one side and the bed sheets were tissue thin and disgusting. overall one of most uncomfortable places that we’ve rented.

The facility certainly could use some up grades, the lack of electrical plugs and safety plugs should be a priority. The bed was good but would have liked a comfortable chair in the living area.
