I wish they serve breakfast 😩 if I could get my money back that would be great I didn't even stay there I just left my belongings because I couldn't get my money back I refused the the service before I even entered the room but the employer refused to refund me
Full ofAddics, customer services bad the fact that it wasn't like it show in the website the deposit fee is outrageous.

I like the location. And very quiet most of the time. Always treated exceptionally well. Been staying here off and on for a few years now. Never a problem
What I don't like to see or hear is when people don't seem to want to check out and start making a big sceen. If you are charged a deposit simply take your receipt and key back to office and your deposit will be returned. Simple policy.

nothing the property manager took my money and canceled my stay on a stormy night with me and my disabled son all because I was getting dropped off and didn’t want to have my special needs child out in the cold and NEVER refunded my money for the stay me and my son had to sleep in someone’s car that night

cash only deposit was inconveniencing. guy at the front desk was very rude. only one room key and there was an additional cost for an extra room key (two keys has always been pretty standard and there were two of us in the room). another friend ended up needing to stay the second night and he refused to give me another parking pass. I asked one of the neighbors, who were leaving their room, how many passes they got and they said three (I had two) and that they asked him for three and there was no problem. the sink kept flooding and I’d have to get the small cup and drain the water into the shower. checking out I was asked for the receipt I received upon checking in. frantically searching through my things and my car trying to find this receipt so I can check out before the strict check out time and not face any additional fees. I’ve stayed in way nicer hotels for a fraction of the price.

A roof over my head.
We froze. No one explained that the thermostat controls on the heating unit were somewhere else other than on the unit. Room not cleaned after the first day. One office staff member was extremely rude. I accidentally left a white laundry bag with dirty clothes when I left. In the bag were two pairs of jeans, underwear, socks and two Vietnam T-shirts. When my friends drove from Redlands to pick up my clothes, only the jeans were retrieved. How does that happen? Didn't feel welcome at all. I would like my shirts returned, but I don't see that as a possibility.

Manager was friendly and helpful. checking in was fast. room was big and looks like recently remodeled, outside due to main road and freeways, I thought it will be noise. but once in the room, I could not hear anything. manager made sure we were fully satisfied with the room. I was treated like VIP. big parking lot.
no tv services.

nothing!!!
from the moment I walk in to check in, the gentleman I’m guessing owner was beyond rude!! he charged me $20 for my 4 year old, when I had booked a 2 queen bed. the room was dirty, the bathroom fan was broken which made a horrible noise. bed sheets and pillow cover with stains, the towels to dry your face looked stained from the how old they were. when I check out he made me wait so someone could go inspect the room for any smoke usage before handing over my $60 cash deposit. this was by far a Horrible experience and will never stay in this place again!! booking if you continue to do business with this hotel I will no longer use you guys for the booking needs! I would like my money back!!!

Nothing met the expectations with the price I paid for 5 nights
I didn’t like that there was so much noise that it would disturb my child and wake her up, the front desk person was very rude to me and asked me to leave because my father came to visit after he got off work. I assumed he must have a problem with people who look like me(black), because there were definitely other people that causing ruckus at the hotel, The bathroom smelled terrible almost like the housekeeper didn’t clean it well so I asked if he can check us in to a better room. We move to another room and the water faucet has scum on it, tub has a stained ring around it. Room smelled of pinesol and mildew like it wasn’t correctly cleaned over. So I wanted to leave either way. The man didn’t refund me my full amount back, so I felt he stole from me where I had to involve police, because I felt he was taking advantage of me being a single mother. I’ve never been treated like this at any 3 star/4 star franchise at all. Safe to say some of the private owned hotels are the worst to be at. Would not recommend this and will never be staying here again.

Nothing
There was cigarette burn holes on the bed sheets and pieces of hair. Splashes of brown stuff on the walls. Missing smoke detector in the room. The tv was old and had major static. Random people coming in and out of a room and random people sitting in their cars in the parking lot. Just sketchy and definitely was not worth $200 a night. Was supposed to stay two nights and ended up only staying one night.

Everything was very clean! Checkout was simple and we received our cash deposit back right away.
A little difficult to hear front desk staff through the plexiglas.
